Demetar looked over at the warrenlady and smiled. As Zeek spoke his words Demetar knew they were right since he was knew here and was glad that the warrenlady didn't grow angry with him when she spoke. He thought over what she said and as she turned to leave he whispered one last thing that only she will here.
"I have seen what drinking does" he whipered "I have seen my friend d-die" he stammered saying the last word and turned around to let her leave on her own way.
As he looked back he decided to have one more glass of water. He walked back and took one more glass and quickly drank it then turned around. He decided to turn back to the river and study what he could see of it from where he was.

The weapon usually gets very hot on warm days giving it the name Blazing Edge or Blazed. The other scimitar is lighet and reaches the color of a silverish blue. The blade seems to glow at times when light hits it at a certain way and might shine in the dark if it has been out in the daylight for enought time in the day light giving it the name Ceror which translates to a combination of the word light and ice. Both Scimitars are also a centimetar wider then normal scimitars.

Zeek felt a little better knowing he had someone not mad at him. Zeek wanted alittle time to think so he went and got his slingshot from his pack and walked over to the creek and sat down. Zeek popped of his boots and let his feet rest in the cool water. "Ah this feels so good after a long travel" Zeek thought as he picked up some pebbles and shot them in to the creek.
Soon Zeek felt very relaxed and got up, but a little dirt by the creek sliped throughing Zeek a little of balcence. To Zeek dismay HIs little hawk had just came back from a little flight and came flying stright into Zeek knocking into the creek and then flying Back into some tree.
"STUPID HAWK" Zeek yelled as he fell into the creek.

Demetar stared over at the course just as Zeek came by shooting with his slingshot. As he stood up his bird must have been thinking it funny to trip him into the creek. As Zeek fell and began to shout at it. Demetar stared over at the bird and lazily tried to catch making it look like he was trying and then walked over to Zeek.
"Dammit Zeek!" he said as he pulled him out the water and threw him down to the ground "keep the bird under control will you?"
Demetar stared over at his friend and decided to walk toward the others. He wanted to try to maybe make himself a bit more welcoming then he was before but didn't know how. He walked up first to Lucio and Kaiari hoping he wasn't disturbing them.
"Hello" he said as he came up to them "I seem to have noticed we actually got up on a bad start, I'm just wandering if we could maybe try being friends?" He knew it washis fault and hoped that he was showing that.

Looking at Kaiari, Lucio chuckled. “You are most welcome Kai. But it is very true.” He finished his food with the exception of an apple and a bit of his bread. Leaving the apple for Fiero, he held the bread in his left hand and tore pieces off of it with his right. He ignored the others as he looked over Kaiari and then to the course. He hoped he could do it but then realized even if it took him several tries he would keep trying until he got it right. That was just how he was and who he was.
Catching the sounds of footsteps, Lucio turned and spotted Demeter. Standing up he listened to what the guy had to said and then stood there in silence as he looked at Demeter as if he was not going to make up with him but really he was thinking. Weighing things and when he was done, Lucio slowly smiled and held his hand to Demeter.
“I should also ask for forgiveness Demeter. I’m rather rough around people I feel might be a threat. It comes from my past so please forgive my past ways and me. Friends Demeter?”

Kaiari gave him a smile as she watched him finish his food...with the exception of his apple...then began tearing pieces off his bread.
At the sound of footsteps Lucio turned, as did Kaiari and noticed Demetar there. She gave a somewhat puzzeled look, as Lucio stood and Demetar began to talk to them.
Hearing the man's words, she stood as well. She remained quiet until he finished speaking, and then finally...after a long pause...Lucio spoke.
Seeing Lucio actually hold out his hand and offer friendship. Kaiari gave a small smile, and a nod of her head. "Friends!" she also found herself saying...but she wasn't about to hold out her hand for him to shake. She just wasn't ready for others touching her...yet.
So hoped he would understand, as she glanced at Lucio for a moment, knowing that he knew why she didn't hold out her hand...nor give an explanation on why.

Demetar was glad that the both forgave him knowing the way he acted before. Finally he actually did something right with his fellows since coming into the warren and that made him feel happy. He shook Lucio's hand and said "Friends!" to the two. He noticed Kaiari didn't put out her hand but accepted her friendship as well. He bowed his head to her with a smile.
"I'm sorry for the way I acted since I came" he said "I know I acted like I was better, I hope we could try to forget that" he said that feeling like throwing himself off Zed for the way he acted " Lcio pasts affect who we are and we have to let that be. Just because you have a different past doesn't meen your different. Pasts give us strengths and weaknesses just like the way we interact with new people" He seemed to say that without meaning to knowing they were not any wise words but just words that came out. And he laughed at it himself.
He looked back at Kaiari then Lucio and back and then stared at the course across the river. He suddenly began to laugh at himself. He dreaded the moment they Will began but couldn't wait for at to begin to see how well he would do. He just shrugged at off and wiped some dirt off his leggings and then stared up at the two again.
"Well...I know I will have an interesting ride home after this...." he said

Zeek saw As demetar tried to catch him. But Zeek fell in any way making a loud splash. "Dumb hawk" Zeek thought as demetar pulled him out. Zeek just lay where he was fir a while before he took of his leather armour to let it dry and laid it done. "Well at least the water didn't make it through my armour except my sleeves and a few other openings" Zeek thought.
"I'll have to get that hawk back" Zeek mumbled. Then he went to get a piece of cloth from his pack to dry his face a little. He ?Then relized that he forgot to put his boots back on and went to get them. "Well at least my boots didn't get wet" Zeek thought.
Zeek walked over to Demetar and sat down and said "you know there is no way to control that hawk Demetar. If there was don't you think would have tried it. He lives as free as he wants. Though he won't do anything bad during battle."

Sylvia was one of the last to make it into the clearing near the Willo Creek Inn. She smiled as she saw the spread laid out for them. M'ren must have been working overtime to arrange this.
She greeted Ella with a hug and a warm smile and winked at the lads who were doing the finishing touches of setting out the food. She preened at their admiring glances; she really did look good in her tight-fitting riding leathers.
Helping herself to some of the food she turned around to see where everyone had decided to sit. Seeing Gawyn a bit to himself, she decided to be friendly and come and join him. She hadn't had a chance to talk to him; his horse being faster than her little mare, and it being impossible to have a conversation while galloping.
She stood in front of him and looked down at the empty spot on the blanket next to him and asked, "Is this seat taken?"
Not really waiting for an answer, knowing that it wasn't taken since everyone else had already begun eating and found a place to stand or sit as they desired, she plunked herself down, offering him a mischievous smile.

“Hey Jess over here unless you think I’m going to bite.” She gave him a smirk as she tore a bit of bread from the roll she had taken from the selection Elle’s Inn had proved the little group.
Agvnige watched the little groups that had broken off out of the Trainees and the Searchlings. She looked on in silence as Lucio, Kaiari and Demeter seemed to make up over their pasts and that made Aggie smile but then she looked around at Jess and sighed.
Reaching up she pulled him down on to the blanket and then waved over one of the girls to bring him a plate of food and some drink. “Like I said I don’t bite.” ‘Unless you want me too.’ She thought with a mischievous gleam in her eyes.

Jesseret blinked at Agvnige's words. "Um, why, of course I do..." he blurted out, trying to be agreeable and only then realizing what it was he'd just agreed to. "Um, yeah, I mean...you should, ah, bite your food...yeah, before you swallow it, you know..." He trailed off, not quite sure of what he could add to that to make him sound any stupider than he already appeared.
He cleared his throat to start again. "Agvnige, I would *love* to share this lovely blanket with you!" he said with a smile. And this was certainly true, though one never entirely knew what to expect from her. "Though, this is quite a bit of food!" Actually it wasn't, in terms of his normal appetite, but riding a horse tended to leave him a bit unsettled. He picked up a small bunch of grapes that the girls had put on his plate. "Would you like to share?" he asked, holding them up with a smile.

Aggie looked at Jess not realizing she ahd muttered her words loud enough for him to hear. She then laughed as she stretched out on her back so she could look toward him she just hoped he wouldn’t’ be so nervous he’d end up kicking or kneeing her in the head sicne that was where her head was.
“Sorry I guess I just thought you would be hungry from your battle with Jo-Jo.” She placed her right arm behind her head and looked up at the sky, watching the clouds go by. She sighed as she missed doing such activities as cloud watching since she was always to busy. She also wished she ahd a guy to go riding with like she ahd seen some fo the girls from Elle’s Inn do and from what Elle ahd told Aggie she use to do with her beau (Elle’s husband)
Looking over when Jess offered her some of his grapes she smiled and nodded. “Thank you. “ she then decided to see what he would do and so she sat up and tooka few grapes and then gave his cheek a kiss. “I love …them so much.” She then popped a grape into her mouth and laid back down her arms behind her head and her eyes on the sky waiting for his reaction.

Gawyn had been pretty quiet during most of this whole scene because when his curiosity got the better of him, the boy usually lost his wits for conversation.
Having been sitting on the blanket, and surveying the current situations, the young man couldn't help but smile to himself at the sights of Lucio and Kaiari seeming making peace with Demetar, and the Beta Wing Leader and Headsearcher's awkward...courting?
Lost in his thoughts, Gawyn hadn't noticed Sylvia wander up to him, and it took him a couple moments to realize that the young lady had spoken, and that her comment was directed to him.
"Um...what was that?...Oh, wait. No, the spots not taken. Would you like to sit there?" he stammered. Inwardly rolling his eyes, he knew that what he'd just butchered the greeting. Of course she wanted to sit there, otherwise she wouldn't have asked. Smooth, he thought very sarcastically to himself.

The obstacle course
The wingleader moved over to the small bridge leading Nightmare by the rains, and waited until the rest of the group finished up with their meals. He had thanked Elle and made sure that she didn’t feel slightly by the beta wingleader for pulling the wine. Though it would take a lot of wine to dual their senses, he knew she was still a bit traumatized about an accident that happened long ago from a rider drinking too much under her watch.
He looked over at D’tar and Z’ek, who had given to call them in his mind. He wasn’t sure how long he would keep them with the trainees. Having full grown dragons of there own he was going to need to place them in a wing soon, but first he hoped to help teach them some of the basics.
“Across the bridge is a course set up so that wingleader Wahya and I can observer your talents. Keep in mind this is not a race or a challenge to see who is best but merely a chance for us to observe you under a controlled situation.” He looked over the group before him making sure that all the trainees were listening. “If you feel something in the course is too difficult you do not have to attempt it. I do not want anyone to get hurt this first time out.” He knew at some point he would push them all to a point of getting hurt but today wasn’t that time.
“Now the course itself, you’ll head over the bridge looping the three trees counter clockwise, Then leap your horse over the two feet wall, guide it over the rocky little man made stream, keep in mind it can be slippery and you don’t want your horse to come up lame. You’ll ride through the rings which the lads will have set to blaze. If you have a shooting or throwing weapon you do so now at one of the 3 targets each set further back from the other. Keep in mind on dragon back swords and other close combat weapons are useless so you’ll need to be trained in the use of spears and javelins. Lastly you’ll run your mount as fast as you can go to jump back over the river to this side.” He looked them all over. “Any questions?”

Demetar walked to the river and stared over at his reflection. He was not sure how he looked not having a mirror with him and noticed he grew a small beard which he would cut off later. As he stared over at the river he picked up a flat stone and threw it making it skip four times before sinking. He stared up as the alpha wingleader began to instruct them on their course.
Thinking over about what he just heard he looked at the place around them to get it right or what he thought. He got his three throwing knives and dagger at the ready and layed down his scimitars well hidden in a thick bush not wanting them to maybe get in the way well jumping over the wall and stream. He looked back down his belt checked if all knives were still sharp. Seeing they were he walked over to Al'ram with an apple and fed it to the horse. Making sure the saddle was in place and good to go. He then looked back at the stream and in the bush making sure the scimitars were still there and well out of view.
He looked back to the food and grabbed himself a few grapes and a peach nd sat down by the river waiting for when everyone was fully ready. The place seemed very safe but as far as he knew. If there were riders then danger could be even in the smallest tree or the farthest mountains.

Zeek though on wether or not he'd do certian obsticales, But came to the conclusion he was doing them all. "well i'll be having to get more knifes later. Zeek thought." Zeek readied tug for the course. "Been awhile Wonder if we're outa shape for this kinda thing." Zeek said to Tug. In response Tug snorted. "Well if you think so old friend." Zeek said as he replaced Tugs saddle and mounted.

As soon as T'ka had returned to the blanket she shared with M'ren...speaking to him then waiting for a response from him...she gave him a slightly puzzled look as he gave her no response, but instead spoke to the Trainees and Searchlings.
Shaking her head a bit, she shoved aside the confusing thoughts that were in there, as she listened to him explaining the Obstacle Course to them.
She would sit this one out...for now and watch the youngsters doing as they were told. Maybe she and Goddess would do the course later...after each trainee and searchling had their turn...just for fun and a bit of exercise for Goddess.

As Demetar shook Lucio's hand then nodded his head in abow to her...she gave a smile as he spoke.
When he apologized for the way he had previously ácted 'better' then others, she gave another nod to him. "Just so you remember that...or else you'll be having another warm backside!" she said softly, not realizing she had said her thought aloud.
When she realized what she had done...she muttered an apology...even though her words hadn't been meant to be rude...far from it...it was just a thought...though she had accidently said her thoughts aloud.
Looking at Lucio for a moment, then back just as Zeek had came up again, this time soaking wet from falling in the stream.
She heard his words, cursing that hawk of his, and again said her thoughts aloud...not meaning to. "I can take care of it for you! Burning over a fire...or maybe falling from the sky with an arrow through it!" she said softly as her eyes looked over at the Obstacle Course.
Realizing that she had again, spoken her thoughts aloud, she gave a shake of her head...it seemed her mind was trouble and she wasn't staying focused. Muttering another apology, though not looking at Zeek when she did...just looking off across the stream.
Hearing Wingleader M'ren start to speak, she brought her attention back, doing her best to focus on his words.

Zeek listened to Kaiari as she thought of ways to takes care of Soric and then apogize. Zeek just gave a small chuckly, got of his horse and replied" There is no need to aplogize i have many times thought of doing the same thing. Though he does always keep you on your toes Its good fun and training to be around him." "sometimes." zeek muttered as soric landed on Zeek shoulder

Jesseret was mildly surprised at Aggie's ready acceptance of his little "gift," since he had always thought she was suspicious of such things. But there was no hint of that here and now...and when she actually *kissed* him before laying back down, it totally confused the searcher.
He thought of just bending down and returning the kiss, but a wave of nervousness swept over him. What if she hadn't actually *meant* to kiss him, what if he'd only imagined it..? Or what if she'd just been distracted and thought he was someone else..? Or...?
He decided to play it a bit safer and repeat what he'd just done. He took out another grape and held it up over her, waiting for her to open her eyes and look up at him. But in his nervousness, he dropped the grape. It landed in the middle of her neck just as his hand automatically darted down after it. It rolled down the front of her throat. and before the searcher could even think, it went down inside the front of her shirt. His hand went down after it, and it was then that Jesseret froze.
"I can't believe I just did that," he said to himself, looking down at his erring hand, which had wedged itself right in...well, right in a rather embarrassing spot. Jesseret turned pale, wondering if Aggie had yet noticed and whether there was a way he could still get out of this alive...

Laying back with her eyes closed she waited for Jesseret to do something and what happen was not what she was expecting but she did rather like it. Trying hard to not grin, her lips twitched as she fought to keep them straight.
Slowly opening her eyes sicne the sun was out nicely and was shining in her eyes thus turning them a nice warm honey brown with flecks of golden caramel. Looking down to where Jess’s hand was she then darted her eyes back to his face and to his eyes. Whispering so only he could her she spoke, “Couldn’t wait until we got back to the warren or were alone huh?” she then grinned but groaned as she heard M’ren start the next part of the training.
‘I swear that man has lousy timing on everything.’ She thought which got a chuckle from Silver Wing. Ignoring her friend and boundmate, Aggie sat up so her back was to the others and so she was close to Jess.
Reaching up she removed his hand since he seemed to have trouble doing so himself, and leaning in placing her hand between his legs as she elaned in for another kiss. But this time she actually gave his neck a slow lick and maoned as if she ahd just tasted soemthing rather delicious. Pulling back as she stood to go and watch the trainees and Searchlings run the course, her hand ‘accidently’ brushed passed his groin area.
As she walked away form him she looked back and mutter the word, “Oops” as she flashed a mischievous grin that clearly gave away that the accident hadn’t been so accidental.
Turning her focus to the group of young lads and ladies, Aggie went into a more serious mode. Crossing her arms over her chest she shifted her weight so that it was being supported by both her legs, her eyes was focused on the kids and the course. She was sometiems the harsher of the two Wingleaders when it came to Trainees especially those that would most likely end up on her Squadron. No one made it on to the Sky Wolves easily, and staying on the squadron was even harder.
“Alright whose up first?” she said as she hoped Jess would get up soona nd stand beside her to watch the kids, that was if he didn’t have to much of a problem to deal with.

Lucio laughed at Kai’s joke though in his heart he knew she would keep it if Demeter did go back to being an over stuffed popping’ jay as his adoptive parent use to say. Placing an arm around her shoulder he gave it a squeeze and then let her go so she wouldn’t get too uncomfortable. “It’s ok Kai, we all have had times when our mouths move when we don’t want them to.”
Smiling down at her and giving her a wink before Zeek’s bird distracted her attention. He liked her fire and not just the fire she could produce either. He was about to say something to her again when the Alpha Wing leader began to speak. Turning around Lucio listened as the course was explained.
As it was Lucio followed the pathway he would take on the course. Looking around he spotted one of the young men that had a set of throwing daggers. Having a few coins in his pocket, Lucio walked over and bought them from the lad. Thanking him Lucio then walked over to where Fiero was and began to re-saddle, bridle and harness the majestic creature.
Looking over to Kaiari he smiled and hoped she would be able to do the best out of the whole group. “Good Luck Kai.” He said as he led Fiero over to where she stood. Leaning in he bent towards her and gave her cheek a kiss. “That’s for good luck.” He smiled and then looked up as The Beta Leader asked who was up first.

A warm, pleasant feeling was beginning to spread through Jesseret's body, and especially through certain parts of Jesseret's body, from Aggie's playful ministrations. He closed his eyes in eager anticipation of a kiss, but then instead felt her tongue on his neck. That *really* made him feel warm...he might have almost used the word "hot."
When her hand brushed his groin area as she stood up, three things happened. First, he let out a surprised yelp as her hand brushed him. Second, the warm feeling that had suffused him begain to pass...and third, he realized that he warm feeling hadn't *completely* left...rather it had concentrated in one spot. And, that one spot was noticable even from a distance. Damn tight fitting clothes, he thought irritably.
Well, it took more than this to keep a good man down! He stood up, but managed to keep hold of the plate that his grapes had been on and carried it in such a way as to hide certain...things.
He walked up beside Aggie and schooled his face into a serious look as he watched the trainees.

As Lucio told her it was ok, the only thought she had going through her mind at that moment was that it may have been ok, but what she had said she actually had meant to say them.
Deep down, she meant every word...even about that darn bird of Zeek's, but she was doing her best to keep calm, since these two were doing their best to be...well...'friendly' I suppose would be the word for it.
She felt Lucio's arm around her shoulders briefly, her body stiffened momentarily, as it had caught her off guard...bringing her out of her thoughts.
He watched Lucio then go off to some young man, handing him a few coins for some daggers, then headed off to re-saddle his steed. Her eyes never leaving him for some time.
Then she went to re-saddle her own horse, just as she had finished, she felt a small kiss on her cheek. Stiffening slightly, she had thought for a moment it had been one of the other young men, daring to try such a trick with her, and she had been about to throw him in the river, until she heard Lucio's voice.
Turning, she gave a small smile. "Thank you!" she said as she glanced at the other young men around. "But they are just lucky it hadn't been them trying that trick as you just did...kissing my cheek...they would have ended up in the river, while I send the river into a boil. Then I'd be asking questions afterward." she replied with a rueful smile.

Demetar walked over to AL'ram and tightened the saddle so it won't slide off. He didn't plan to get his arm broken any time soon and not in a training session. Looking over at the kid who just set up a small knife sell sell Lucio a few knives he decided to ask someone who knew a bit more about making weapons if the knives were truly fully honed. Walking over to the kid he drew his three knives. Each one was more special then the other. One was especially made by his master, it was a white mythral knife with a blue tinge added to them. He knew this mainly from the maker. The second knife was made from an unknown. It had all the colors of fire and was given to him from his mother. The last one was the most amazing even though not as colored. It was completely black and in his own language were written the names of his parents. He dropped the knives on the small table.
"IN your opinion I need to know if this weapons needed any sharpening" Demetar asked
The merchant lift the knives one by one and looked over at their edges and points carefully "No, this weapons are as fine as any weapon I have seen" He said and handed the knives back to Demetar
"Thank you" Demetar replied and dropped a few coins on the table and turned around heading back to where all the rest were.
His first two knives were already seethed but Demetar was just belting the last one when Soric cae up and tried to snatch it. That was one thing Demetar could not let go. Soric quickly came down toward the knife. Demetar side stepped the hawk and his hand went out and caught the bird by the stomach. He almost let his anger get to him and drive his dagger through the bird but let it go with a warning and it flew away toward its owner.
"Tsipor dfuka" Demetar hissed and caught to the others
Demetar got right on time to hear the beta wingleader asked who will go first. Demetar didn't plan to go first but not last either so he didn't say something. Maybe he'll go after Kaiari. He looked up at the course again and then at the rest of the searchlings around him and back at the wingleaders and stayed quite eyeing the bush were he hid the scimitars now and then.

Weapon Description (Temporery):: The Left hand scimitar is a a dark fire red which seems to capture sunlight and absorb it. The weapon usually gets very hot on warm days giving it the name Blazing Edge or Blazed. The other scimitar is lighet and reaches the color of a silverish blue. The blade seems to glow at times when light hits it at a certain way and might shine in the dark if it has been out in the daylight for enought time in the day light giving it the name Ceror which translates to a combination of the word light and ice. Both Scimitars are also a centimetar wider then normal scimitars.

"I think before you all test yourselfs on this course, our Beta Wingleader and myself will set the example. Keep in mind I don't expect you all to be able to perform perfectly the first time around. So Agvnige if you would like to set the pace I'll follow." M'ren grinned at the beta wingleader knowing full well how capable she was for it wasn't all that long ago to him that she flew as his wing partner on several missions.
