Name: Gerhel (Means: Sea Maiden)
Nickname: G'rel
Age: 23 yrs.
Gender: Female
Height: 5'7"
Weight: 126 lbs
Skin Color/Appearance: Delicately tanned, smooth and delicate looking...those who look upon her, would see her as someone that is delicate in nature as well, but her personality and talents/abilities would change those minds once they have seen or spoken to her.
Eye Color: Cold, steel blue color. (Ignore the avatar pic...since she does not have this color...it is all I could find for now.)
Hair Color: Silver blonde.
Personality: Fierce in battle like a raging sea. Dedicated to defending those around her and the warren she is assigned to. Tends to be quiet for the most part, very observant. Not easily distracted....it is a rare moment when she is. When that happens, she tends to be a bit hard on herself for it. Sometimes appears to be a person who would not be approachable...in fact...most do not approach her for this reason. She's more of a loner type...but still is dedicated to which ever Warren she is assigned to.
Abilities/Talents: A skillfully talented archer. Has some skill with swords, but also is talented with her daggers....which she has a few hidden in various places upon her person. She is able to read and write well.
Weaknesses: Tends to be hard on herself, when she fails or when she is distracted by something (rarely done). She doesn't like failure in herself. She could also use more training with her swords, as she is not very good with them.

History:No one knows where G'rel was actually born or lived. At the age of four, she was found wandering on the shores around Jasra Warren...barely able to talk, being as young as she was...and had to learn these skills. She was taken into Jasra Warren, given the name of Gerhel, which means Sea Maiden. It was there she learned to be observant, to read and write, even her archer skills, as well as learning to defend herself with swords and her daggers.
She never was able to master the swords, which disappointed her. At the age of sixteen, she was told she had the Dragon Affinity. But, never joined with a dragon until she was eighteen.
At eighteen, she had traveled to Daere Warren, when it was known there was a clutch on the sands and none at Jasra, and since Daere was short on Searchlings...G'rel had no preference over a type of dragon and was willing to go. She was determined to become the rider she knew was inside her.
Upon her arrival, late as she was...she feared she had been too late, and the hatching was over. As she crossed the Green, toward the hatching caverns where she was told to go when she arrived...she heard the voices of others within.
It was then she heard within her mind, the voice of another...one that was not her own. Slightly confused, she looked around, seeing no one, she continued on toward the mouth of the Hatching Cavern. But it was then she stopped in her tracks as she heard these words, [I'm coming G'rel!]....G'rel looked around, seeing no one...she went to take another step toward the Hatching Cavern, and stopped again as a small, reddish-gold hatchling wobbling out of the mouth of the cavern, toward her.
G'rel gave the small hatchling a confused look, and then realized it was her who spoke to her. She waited for the hatchling to come to her. Soon after, those inside followed the hatchling out, stopping when they spotted G'rel standing there with the new hatchling.
Afterwards, G'rel stayed on at Daere...doing her best to become that rider she knew she was. She met many others who had joined at the same time....but her loner type attitude...prevented her from making any real friends...even to get to know any of them. In fact, although she had been in Daere for three years, in that three years...she kept to herself...never getting close to anyone. Those who joined when she joined...she only knew in passing...or in battle. She's spoke only through her dragon...to their dragons during battle...or out on patrols...but when not in battle or out on patrol...one would find her flying her dragon or off alone...away from others.
As she turned twenty-one, she felt as if she was needed elsewhere...as if she were being called out to. And since she had never know who her real parents were, she felt the need to go. Though not sure exactly why she felt the need to go to Ismene Warren rather than back to Jasra, but she decided to speak to the WarrenLady, who finally agreed to transfer her to Ismene Warren. She then prepared herself for the trip, and within a few days...she was gone and on her way to Ismene.
Gerhel remained in Ismene for the next two years, her demeanor still remaining the same...always the loner...always observant...and always tough on herself when ever she felt she has failed. Now thirty years old, though she appears to be her early twenties...still not many would approach her...she still felt like a stranger, even after five years.

Age: 5 yrs
Gender: Female
Color: Reddish-Gold
Eye Color: Golden like the sun.
Personality: Friendly, playful...used to get herself and her rider in trouble when she was a hatchling. Very protective over G'rel. Always trying to get Gerhel to come out of her shell...to get her to be a bit more easy on herself...and to take the time to get to know others...of course to no avail. She had even gone so far as bespeaking to a male dragon of his rider...to get his rider to approach G'rel and befriend her...but...even that failed...thankfully G'rel never knew of her doing this.
