Hi Tuition Coordinator,

Thank you for applying to be a Tuition Coordinator of Excellent Tuition Network.

Here’s a briefing of the job scope:-

To source out people of whom requires a tutor/teacher from my tuition network. It might not really be for Academic tutors most of them are looking for, but our database also consists of Vocal, Language, Music Teachers to Sports, I.T. or even Archery Instructors, etc!

The people of whom requires a tutor may range from your family, neighbours, MSN contacts to your ex schoolmates, etc.

Once you have any tuition leads, kindly email or SMS me the following details from each stated client: 1. Postal code address 2. Levels + subjects for tuition. 3. Days + timings for tuition (Normally it’s flexible) 4. Tutor requirements (e.g. Prefers a male Undergraduate who has tutoring experiences) & 5. Client’s budget range per hour or for every 4 or 8 lessons.

You can also revert to me each client’s full name & address but that is not necessary. After I get the above requirements from you, I shall then source out tutors from my database of who fit the client’s expectations. I will either pass the potential tutors’ information to you so that you can call them up to confirm the assignment with them personally then revert back to the stated client, or I shall do so myself, it all depends.

When the stated tutor has gone for the 2nd or the 3rd week of the lesson (i.e. after tuition commences) & when the commission has been received by the stated client, it will be a 50/50 split between the both of us (E.g. if the tutor’s tuition rates are $200, the commission will be $100. Thus you will get $50 & I will get $50).

Kindly tell each person whom requires a tutor from you, that you’re a Tuition Coordinator (your name included) from Excellent Tuition Network. You can tell them our agency’s website (www.freewebs.com/sgtuition OR http://nextlevel.com.sg/agency/mskoh) so that they will have a better idea. Pertaining to rates wise for each level & subject when asked by anyone, the references can be found in my agency’s website as stated below under ‘Tuition Price Listing’ (Kindly print them out for viewing purposes in the long run).
