The Truth Isn't Out There, It's Right Here...
I'm kinda amused by the response to this film. Most fans hated the fact that in the earlier films Michael Myer's superhuman ablities were presented as being caused by his association with the Cult of Thorn. But now you have the Rob Zombie remake that clearly goes against this supernatural source of his power. Yet still these people complain. They say that now Michael is just another psycho and is now less the super killer that John Carpenter created in his classic slasher film. Well, people, you can't have it both ways. Either Michael is supernatural or he is human.
I've had the same crap from F13 fans about Jason Voorhees: Oh, no Jason isn't in any way supernatural....or Oh, no Jason doesn't hide. or even Oh, no Jason would NEVER use a gun!!!!
I get really tired of these morons' crap. They think because they watch these films that they have the right to dictate what is right and wrong regarding these characters. Sorry to burst your bubbles, people, but it is the filmmakers that make these films that have the control. But whine if you want. You're just wasting precious time.... _________________ T.T.F.N.
