We are still making sure we fix the issue that has been causing a web server to misbehave. While talking with techs there was confusion on what we wanted to do and before I knew it a server we didn't even have troubles with was taken offline for a memory upgrade. I explained that wasn't the server I was talking about but since it was already taken down we just threw another server (the one we meant to change) down too and upgraded them both (can only makes things faster).

The upgrade has been completed with minimal downtime and we will be monitoring all servers to see how much it helps.

We are going to be switching some switches that will be shortening any delay between servers while they are trying to send each other requests. This change will take about an hour but you will little if any down time.

It isn't a habit of ours to upgrade without notice so please accept my apologies. However, I hope you are satisfied with the results.
