Well now. Some of you may have noticed a few rocks and eddies lately, things like our page loading times dropping through the floor, and other odd events I won't bother you with.
The Powers-that-Be have been messing about with the works again, as part of the process of getting Version 2 (which we are using) and the new all-singing, all-dancing, all-bleating Version 3 to work properly side by side.
They tell me that all is now mended, and we should be back to normal - so if you come across any unexpected whirlpools, please let me know, so that I can report the problem to HQ.
The Games Arcade is still not working, though - and I still can't get any definite information about it. I shall keep trying, though. I know not everyone uses it, but for those who do, I'm trying to find out what's going wrong.
If you do meet an error message on your travels, I would appreciate it if you could copy it and paste it for me - that helps the Techs to know how to fix it.

There was a glitch earlier today, affecting mainly hosted avatars I think.
But I can see your sweetly smiling phizzog now, Sue - at least, I can on FireFox. I'll have a look at IE, hang on a mo. |

No, you're still invisible on IE. I'll let you know what the Experts have to say presently.
But for now, it appears that avatars which you upload from your computer work, and some that are hosted elsewhere don't. |

What's happened to the advets lately? I haven't notied any double underlined words for quite a few days.

I could see Sue a few minutes ago, but she's disappeared now!
I think the adverts probably got mislaid during all the furniture-moving upstairs, these last few days. I expect they'll be back, though. |
