A wee birdie has jist telt me that Penicuik Citizens'Advice Bureau scored 100% in some kind of quality control, efficiency, audit kind o' thingy run by them up above whit diz quality control, efficiency audit thingies concerning the runnin' o' the place and the quality o' the advice gi'en oot.

As far as I can tell, 100% - while no' as guid as 200% - is the best possible ye can get, an' pretty unique for ony CAB in Scoatlan'. An' it's a' doon tae local volunteer numpties jist tryin' tae dae thur bit.

A hunner purssent! No' bad goin', eh!

Fur a bunch o' Cuikers, Ah mean.

Well done them! If anybody out there knows any of 'em, don't forget to buy them a glass of Vimto or something.

Have to admit I've never been in the place myself, although I have steered one or two potential customers in their direction.

Cheers!

Nothing to do with the CAB (well done them BTW), but when grannie was three sheets to the wind and someone asked her how she was she would say "A Hunner Purssent" .

I bet it wasn't our own dear old Firefly who did it.

He'd have been much more interested in giving Ms Waspie-Waist a private pat on the bum!

But yes - well done, again, to the Penicuik CAB!

(And thanks also to the volunteers who keep so many other similarly useful organisations up and running.)

That probably depends on whether it was Firefly, Spry, Hyde or even Soup who got to her first - and which one of them is left-handed.

Fortunately, perhaps, we may never know!

It could be worse - it could have been all four!! Then she'd have more than just a sting in her tail!! Very Happy
