I'm pretty sure that it's open all year round, spry - and it has a good cafe as well! |

I've heard good things of it, certainly - my daughter and her family enjoyed their visit - but I confess I haven't been to see for myself either.
Must get a To-Do list sorted out next year. |

MY father (who's dead now) and uncle (who isn't) used to work there . Said uncle (Jackie[John]) was a captain of the mine rescue team there as well.
