An idea I had, I dunno how it'll work out, but I just thought I'd throw out a Class idea.
Elemental Bard - A bard who empowers his/her songs with elemental magic. Or perhaps a wizard who empowers his/her elemental magic with awesome songs. Who knows?
He'd have various elemental songs which buff up certain stats for him or lower enemy stats. The basic ideas I have are a fire song that boosts damage dealt or deals damage to opponent, lightning song that increases speed or stuns opponent, and a water song that either increases health or slows the opponent (obviously, if it's the same level as lightning, it would last longer). My ideas for high-level abilities would be the light song (or Super Song, if you really want to) which pretty much just makes all your stats better, and the Dark Song (or Cursed Song or something) which makes the enemy weaker.
Feel free to use all, some, or none of my ideas.
He/she would attack with either charisma (if such a stat exists) or intelligence. Unless the type of stat used for attacking is based on the weapon, in which case it'd probably be a musical instrument, which would be charisma.

In any case, the only race that would be logical as a "matching race" for an elemental bard would be... human. Or maybe elf.

Those already have matching classes: Quersha and Archer, respectively. I mean a new race, if possible. I mean, a matching race isn’t required…

I can't think of any race that hasn't already been included that a bard could be stereotyped as-- er, I mean "matched to" that you haven't already added.
So no, if there's only gonna be one match for each race, there won't be a matching race for this class.
