Kid Buu is back, it seems Goku hadn't killed him, but weakened him, and put him into the size of molecules. Its been a long time since, and Goku nor any of those heroes are around, except maybe Shenron, and he only comes when someone has gathered all seven Dragon balls, or all 8 black dragon balls.

Information you need to know:
This is semi stat, weapons will only have effect on your power level, and nothing else, your power level will start higher or lower depending on your race, (Four Major Races: Saiyan Human (Krillin is human) Namekian, and (I will allow it) Buu. Also Androids will be allowed too, I want you to pick from these core races (being whole, and not part))

Power level: Your power level is higher or lower at the beginning depending on your race, but each character has a special thing about them, which allows them to get stronger, heal, absorb certain attacks, or even have higher defense taking away the amount of you power level taken away with each blow. Humans will just have a mad raise rate until they can balance out. you should start out generally (will not change, but can have certain exceptions.) with these power levels:
Saiyan: 334
Namek: 322
Human: 206
Buu: 308
Androids: 284
(You don't have to start exactly with these, but I don't want all 344's on Saiyans because their the most powerful, the others have their abilities too.)

Skills: I will do skills, you need to notify me in your post what they raise your power level to after using them, (such as the Genki Dama, which put Goku's Power level to like... 2 billion or something) And keep that information in your post, so you know what it raises it to.

Forms: Several of the races listed have forms, (2 or more) Such as Buu, which can absorb (WEAKER THAN ITSELF) enemies and add some of their power level to itself. And the Saiyans, which have Super Saiyan Ultra Saiyan Super Saiyan 2 Super Saiyan 3 Super Saiyan 4 and the Uzuru I believe its called. For the Saiyans Super Saiyan 1 comes at 20,000 PL Ultra Saiyan comes at 30,000 Super Saiyan 2 comes at 50,000 (And every Super saiyan form comes at intervals of 30,000) Buu's can get their forms As soon as they start, but it has a lower effect at a lower power level.

Mimic
Rarity: Common, usually in cave or dungeon settings
Appearance: Varies, though usually they wait in treasure chest form.
General Alignment: True Neutral
Behavior: They are carnivorous, generally feeding on a diet of small animals and unwary adventurers. They take the form of treasure chests, then launch pseudopods at any adventure who tries to open them.
Racial Powers:
-Shapeshift: Similar size only
- Sticky hold: Mimics can secret a sticky slime that will help them adhere to walls, or their target. This has a power dependant on their power level, but they can be broken away from usually. Doing such is very difficult for beings with less than half the mimic’s power level, but not difficult at all for beings with equal power level to the mimic. This fact, combined with the fact that most mimics do not have a very high power level, makes mimics generally not a very threatening enemy for experienced adventurers.
Forms: Mimics do not have any type of ‘Supermimic’ form. However, their range of transformation widens as they progress. At the start, their size range is narrow. At power level 1000 (which, for mimics, is actually seen as an absurd power level), their range will increase to 50% larger or smaller. At power level 10000, they will be able to grow as small as they wish, and up to twice as large. At power level 100000, they can grow up to ten times as large. Of course, considering Pandora’s base size, this doesn’t amount to much anyway. If, by some miracle, a mimic were to grow to power level 25000, they would achieve the power to grow up to 25’ size, regardless of their base size. Past this, their progression ceases.
Power Progression: Similar to that of a human.

And for this next one, I would ask that you read this description and the description of the character before outright rejecting it. I’m going somewhere with this.

Cartoon
Rarity: Unique. This race has only occured once outside a cartoon setting, and it is unknown how it happened. Though a faulty and inadvertant extradimensional travel is suspected, the true reason could be just about anything.
Appearance: Varies. Generally, they have a somewhat ‘animated’ appearance.
General Alignment: N/A
Behavior: N/A
Racial Powers:
- This is generally unique to each one. While there are abilities that they might tend toward, there are none that are truly guaranteed upon creation.
- It is a common misconception that a cartoon cannot be killed. However, they do not age.
Forms: Cartoons do not have an innate superform of any sort.
Power Progression: They gain power fast, though their initial power level tends to be deplorable.

Pandora Box
Alignment: Lawful Good
Race: Mimic.
Appearance: Six inches tall, generally resembles a squirrel.
Power level: 221
Skills:
- Ki Hammer: Pandora focuses ki into his tiny hammer, which causes it to do a powerful amount of damage (at least, for its size). Good for knocking back an opponent.
Abilities: Poor strength and durability (though the durability is pretty good for his size), good agility.
History
Pandora and Pain were born 21 years ago, at the same time. Soon after, their mother was nearly killed by an adventurer, a young priest named Syuah. However, Syuah felt sorry for the mimic, and spared its life. In return, the mimic gave to Syuah her son, Pandora.

Pandora was raised in a temple, and taught the ways of a priest. Through this, he has learned something that most of his kind know nothing of: right and wrong.

Pain Box
Alignment: Chaotic Evil
Race: Mimic
Appearance: 4.5 feet long, usually in wolf form.
Power level: 258
Skills:
- Dark Ki Blast
Abilities: Great strength and durability, fair dodging ability.
History
However, while Pandora was being taught the ways of right, Pain’s morals rotted. While most mimics wanted simply to survive, Pain wanted power, and blood. After a few years, he even killed his own mother. As she looked at her mother’s lifeless form, she looked up and said, “My brother… you will be next to fall… so all ties will be severed once and for all.”

Vladimir Gerut
Alignment: Neutral Good
Race: Extradimensional cartoon weasel
Appearance: 2’ tall, brown fur with white underbelly.
Power level: 63
Skills:
- Dance: ?
Abilities: Not very good strength and durability, but great agility.
History
Vladimir lived a fairly normal life, up to a point. He got good grades, though by no means remarkable, and had few friends, though those he had were good friends to have.

But one day, a few months after his birthday, he woke up in an unfamiliar field, in an unfamiliar form. What could be happening? How did he get there?

Barely able to avoid going mad from such impossible circumstances, he must now try to find out what has happened, why, and how… and hopefully not get killed in the process. For this is not the universe that he is familiar with, and the rules are different entirely.

Maxine Marimote
Alignment: Chaotic Good
Race: Human
Appearance: 5 feet tall, brown hair and green eyes. Wears a purple shirt and tan pants. Wears a modified power-level scanner.
Power level: 127
Skills:
- Lock-on: Uses her modified scanner to lock onto a target, allowing for better accuracy.
Abilities: Poor in all physical attributes, but superb intelligence.
History
Arnold Marimote, the owner of a multi-million-dollar soda manufacturing company.

Maxine is his daughter. Her mother died long ago, of a mysterious illness. Since a young age, she has been fascinated with machines. To this day, her life has been fairly ordinary (well, as much as the genius daughter of a multi-millionaire can be expected to have a normal life), but that may be soon to change.

Windfeather
Machine Class: Moderate size passanger airship, not meant for space
Combat Abilities: Good maneuverability, no weapons.

I feel a breeze.

Why do I feel a breeze? Did someone leave the window open? And my bed feels so uncomfortable and hard. It can’t be my bed. Did I roll on the floor? No, my floor’s not lumpy like this. Did I roll onto something on the floor?

The light is shining brightly on my eyelids. Who turned the light up? And why do feel so odd?

Confused, I sleepily open my eyes.

Shooting Range (Maxine)

Another bulls-eye. I must be getting good at this. No lock-on, even.

I fire again, or try to. But it looks like I need to reload the gun.

“That’s all the ammo for now, Maxine. You need to let someone else have a turn on this target. Why not try the archery range?” one of the staff says.

Archery’s not as fun. I’m good at it, but it just doesn’t carry the same spark. But I guess I don’t have a choice on this one.

Temple (Syuah)

I knock on the door-frame, even though there is no door there. “Pandora, come out and eat!” I urge him.

“No… I’m not hungry,” Pandora says. He’s still moping. It’s been a day since he’s eaten or slept. I’m getting worried about him.

“Come on, please. It’ll make you feel better,” I plead.

“No, please. Just go… leave me be,” Pandora says.

I give a resigned sigh, the third today, and walk away, my face almost beginning to mimic his, except mine is in worry, and his is in anguish.

It’s amazing… how Pain can wound him so with a single sentence. I didn’t see it, but when he told me about it. I remember it still, what he said…

“What if she’s right? Maybe I would have been the same as him, if our circumstances were reversed. If you had been given Pain, maybe I would have beome the evil one.”

Desert Plateau (Pain)

Heh, stupid brother. Morals, they’re so eay to demoralize. It’s so easy to crush the spirits of the good… before their bones join in.

I could have killed him then, but then he wouldn’t be going through such anguish right now. After all, he is my brother. And oh, how sweet it is, to show him my many forms of torture…
