Elves have existed for a long time. They are masters of magic, and know secrets that us Humans would only dream of for millenia.
Once, there was a time when evil ravaged the land. Humans were infested with the evil, and many dark people would lead the way to revolutions that would cause millions of deaths. Many events that are factual in other dimensions are parallel to these events.
The elves, fearing that such evil may one day locate the elves, and attempt to destroy them, created a gem that would give one great magical power. However, once the evil storms passed, the gem was sealed away.
For years, that sealed vault, with the gem inside, was left undisturbed.
Just recently, an Elf broke into the vault. No one knows how he got it. It was supposedly just a young elf, but that made no sense. The vault was sealed with enchantments from the greatest elves of that century. There was no way...
But it was certain that the elf was using the gem for evil. Monsters began to appear all over the world, only civilized towns with good guards able to defend themselves were able to avoid being overrun by all manner of monsters. Some are summoned creatures forced to fight for evil, some are ordinary creatures, mutated into evil abominations by dark magic...
Some were already there to begin with. Those are the least dangerous.

Drawbacks: Has to feed often, but can only feed on wildlife, not so good of smell,

Gender: Male
Race: Bipedal fox.
Age: 0 (biological 15)
Alignment: Chaotic Neutral
Appearance: 2’ tall, neither thin nor fat. Green fur with white underbelly, tail tip, and paws. Red eyes. His fur is thick, tangled, and very unkept. He has a scar on his back, large enough to show through his fur.
Backstory: Kalton was created by an evil wizard, two months ago. His creator tried to control him, but he was too unruly. When his creator’s back was turned, he killed his creator with a quick knife to the back. He did it because he did not wish to be a slave to anyone. After that day, he fled to the nearby forest. It was hard to survive there, for though there was plenty enough for him to eat, the beasts there were truly ferocious. It is from there that he recieved his scar, in a fight against a hunting group of wolves. A day ago, he left that forest, for food is now becoming more scarce. He must move on to survive.
Weapon: Chains
Special Abilities: Fangs, claws. ability to wield chains effectively, chain magic (summoning and unsummoning his chains at will). Mentally hardened, stealthy, and ruthless.
Drawbacks: Other than his chain magic, Kalton seems to show no leanings toward arcane magic. He is very antisocial and has no knowledge of things such as kindness and trust. Last but not least, though his chains pack a punch, his unarmed melee is not nearly as strong.
Rae Rae
Gender: Female
Race: Falchu. All falchu are of one color throughout, except in their eyes, and are somewhat transparent, giving them the look of being made of jello. In all other aspects of their appearance, however, anything goes. Their appearance changes throughout their childhood to match their heart and/or their desires, and becomes locked after age 5. They do not need to eat, drink, or breathe. They are also rather bouncy, and some, through experience, can become sticky at will.
Age: 6
Alignment: Chaotic Good
Appearance: Rae’s father died before she was born, and her mother died soon after. For this reason, she was at first raised by another falchu. However, the falchu community soon found that Rae would not simply stay with one falchu, that she would flit between people, to make new friends and discover new things. Thus, Rae was, in a sense, everyone parent’s daughter, and every child’s sister. At the age of six, she left the falchu community, to explore the world. If she had told anyone else before doing so, they might have warned her of the dangers of the outside world.
Spells
- Bubble (You know this one, Adam), currently only normal
- Aura: Glows with a purple aura. Useful for soft illumination. She usually has this active at all times.
Special Abilities: Magic. She is cute and convincing (often by her cuteness). Being a falchu, she is immune to being crushed, bludgeoned, punched, or the like. She is also immune to lightning, and does not need to eat, drink, or breathe.
Drawbacks: Being a falchu, she is particularly susceptable to being sliced, pierced, shot, or hit with ice attacks. In addition, she is rather unprepared for a world filled with danger, and is a bit too trusting. She is also not experienced enough to become sticky, to even the slightest degree (most falchu her age can become sticky enough for it to at least be barely noticable)..

That looks about right, except for one thing: No mind-reading. If you keep the mind-reading, expect it to be limited severely, because telepathy could make things too easy, especially if you did the oh-so-irritating "I know what you're going to do before you do it" cliché during fights.

Check for the fox.
HOWEVER... You put Rae Rae's backstory where her appearance should be, and you don't put her personal appearance anywhere. That's a problem. Fix that, please.
Also, I added an items of note column to the bio template. If your characters have any powerful/enchanted items that are useful enough to come into use a lot, I'd prefer that you mention them. That means BOTH of you!
This RP will go by a chapter system. We'll start with a prologue, where any characters you guys start with will appear. You can create a new character at any time, but you can only "introduce" your character, and start RPing with them, at the beginning of a chapter. Those who have played/watched someone else play Mother 3 will recognize similarities.
The Prologue will start tomorrow.

Tomorrow, the prologue starts. You may choose the name and description of your hometown/starting area if you wish, but I choose the surrounding geographical area. Chances are, for ease of access, the towns will be rather close together.

Rae is from a forest town, unnamed by the falchu who live there. It is referred to as the ‘Forest Village’.
Kalton just came from a dark forest, no real name. Currently, he is simply wandering.

A True Destiny...
It is Winter. Cold bites at every core of your being from the moment you step outside. Even the animals, with their protective coats of fur, find it rough to brave the elements. It coincided with the addition of monsters to the outer world-- the seasons became more extreme. Powerful rain in the Spring, deathly heat in the Summer, cutting winds in the Autumn, and frigid frost in the Winter.
It is here, that our story begins.
You may now introduce your characters. You don't have to introduce all of them if you have more than one right now, you can introduce one this chapter and another in a future chapter, or so on.

Zen, a being already cold as ice, steps out of his treetop house, hair flowing, eyes a deep black, as he is thirsty, though thirsty, it doesn't effect his power any. Zen begins to move quickly and gracefully through the forest, dodging trees with no effort as he runs so fast, hunting, hair flowing quickly, unable to stop his hunger now, until he were to find something whose blood was right for his hunger.

Zen easily finds food. The animals are no match to Zen's agility, so there's no point in even bothering to bring attention to the details of the fight.
