A couple of you (not enough to be important, mind you) may have noticed that I've been missing for the last two weeks. The reason for this is quite simple: I was kidnapped by NINJAS!
Yes, ninjas. I was kept in a prison cell for two weeks, and only just now was I able to fight free! It was a difficult effort, and only one as skilled as I could have pulled it off.
...Okay, okay, I wasn't kidnapped by... anything, actually. I'm not skilled enough to get out of a paper bag.
The true truthful truthfulness of the matter is that for the last two weeks, the ice storm that struck most of America took out our electricity by dropping a HUGE TREE BRANCH (capitalized to emphasize importance) on our wires. Our electric company, Unitel, was lazy about getting our electricity back, and once we got it back, we still had to wait a couple days for Verizon to put our phone lines (and internet) back up. My family was able to stay at my grandmother's (on my mother's side), who got electricity back a few days into the incident, but she doesn't have a computer, so I was unable to contact you.
For the two of you who care, I appreciate your patience. I'm glad to say I'm back, and hopefully to stay.
