· Quote

As I search around the internet I often see references to Flacks coming across to the USA from BallyBay, Ireland along with the Rev Thomas Clark. Does this come from a book ??? Has anyone any idea where I can get an extract of the bit that 'cites' the Flacks ??
** Background information to the Cahans Exodus  **

As I understand it they started in/around Salem but the Flacks seemed to go to Argyll, Washington, NY (then to Lisbon, St Lawrence) - while another leg of the family went to the Carolinas.
I must admit I'm desperate for some decent valid source information - and I don't mind buying a book if anyone knows one that might help (and where I can get it).

I'm currently trying to get to grips with the Washington/St Lawrence leg of the family at the moment.

I am hoping this information will help me distinguish fact from web-fiction - so please help if you can. Confused

Thanks in advance for any help I may get.
