I'm currently trying to source Tree 618J - which is the tree for James Flack and Ann Baxter (mainly American). - Then Rich Flack joins the message board and posts his interests - same tree - -yipee I say. 
I have made such great progress since we teamed up its unbelievable.
Rich Flack lives in Pennsylvania and is actually a family tree member so he has lots of personal information to add to my mere census findings so his input is superb. He's taking headstone photos for me (see the cemetery links in the main database section) plus he has a lot of excellent family documentation too.
Also joining our little research team is Carol Temlin (shes a family member too) and her input is just as impressive.
The real point of my post here is just to say that - the more people who 'join' the board here and post their own interests - the more likely you are to find people interested in your own family line and then can join together to make your own small research teams.
Its always good to find someone who has the same family as you - to share resources and bounce ideas off each other.
And when you find out lots of new info - please share it with Denise and myself
