From BBC Sport
Swindon Town are under a transfer embargo. They aren't allowed to bring in any new players until unpaid football bills are paid. The Club hope to get it sorted by the end of the week.
I'm sure I read somewhere that they owed Cheltenham Town their share of the gate money from their match in August and were owing players wages! Hard times at the County Ground!
