After last Tuesday & the game against Swansea it's now becoming like we'll have to fight it out for 2nd place due to Swansea being 11 points clear of us & 10 ahead of Doncaster. Certainly it's not surmountable but if we're honest Swansea don't lose too many & don't look like they'll crack under the strain.

If we fail ( again ) this season, I can see this being the end of Colin Calderwood & probably the chairman will get out if he get's an attractive bid. I certainly want us back in the championship but would support a clean sweep of the club from top to bottom.

Forest have always surprised me as a club - when they fell into the Championship a few years ago i always thought they were good enough to bounce straight back up

But found it hard and dropped into League One - and again thought they would bounce straight back up but struggle to - they always seem to hit the top 7 but drop off late on

No signings (again) in the transfer window. I hope CC , Nigel Doughty, the owner, brace themselves for the s**t they're gonna get for not signing anyone.
Kevza, I understand Celtic got in before us to sign Robson from Dundee United. Not surprising really with what Celtic's European adventures, doing well in the league & playing in fron of 50,000 + crowds everyother week.

Neil Lennon has been released & has signed for Wycombe. Not bad really beacause he was on 10K + a week but not getting a game.

Robson would of been a good signing - but as you say the lure of Celtic was to good - also once again tho compares to the SPL to our lower leagues as i heard he would of joined if it wasn't for Celtic

Today sees us make the long trip south to Bournemouth. We should pick up 3 points down there but you never know which Forest will turn up on the day. Sometimes we can be awful yet other times most championship clubs would struggle to keep up with us.

Here's to hoping !  Question

I hear today they've gone into adminisration so have lost 10 points. So sorry for all the Bournemouth fans out there.

Back on track now Steed? - decent win against Millwall but then again you would expect it when you look where Wall are

Was chuffed with my local side Cheltenham Town yesterday - was loosing 0-1 to Brighton but scored to goals in the 90th minute to win 2-1

yep, we should be beating teams like Millwall week in week out. Again this was not convincing so I'm told. Tuesday will be a marker, Leeds away. I'm not confident about this game at all.

I saw his comments which will surely go down well with the City Ground faithful !!! What he needs to remember is he is the one who gives the team orders. I'm told that our negative ultra cautious style is really holding back the players. Our squad is more than capable of having a good run in the championship but right now our 'flair' players cannot "do their stuff" which in turn is having a negative impact on the home support. After years of playing good flowing football under the great man, Brian Clough, then  followed by Frank Clark who didn't change anything when taking over from him, we now are subjected to horrible boring football that can't muster a shot on target against Bournemouth. It's become too hard for the supporters to swallow this brand of footy.
Even when Calderwood left Northampton to join us we heard the Cobblers fans singing "we're not boring anymore"  Shocked
