Taken from the official site.

Dennis Wise insists the 2007/08 season will be a "new start" for United - and the boss admits he can't wait to get started.

With pre-seaon training due to start on Monday, Wise is in defiant mood and is more then ready for the challenge.

"Last season was the toughest season i've ever had," concede the boss.

"I was disappointed with the way that certain things went, but it's dead and buried now and out of the way.

"Me and Gus want to get things right and the players want to put a few things right. It's no good haroping on about it.

"It didn't take it's toll on me. I'm not sitting on the floor - I'm not that type of person. You dust yourself down and get on with it.

"There are a lot of new things going to happen at this club and we're going to make sure that they do.

"I'm sure players will be coming and going to happen at this club, and it's a new start for the club.

"What happens is very important to all of us. It's a fantastic club with a fantastic support.

"As a group we need to get things right and get them right early, and make progress.

"Anything can happen in football, and if we fail we fail as a group. That's what we did last season and we intend to put it right."

I agree with you AJ. I don't think we will be promoted in the coming season. The league is looking strong to me.

What has Dennis Wise done so far to suggest that things will be done differently? Who has he signed? Who has gone? His words must match his actions!
