how hard is it to convert a 2 wheel drive 78 half ton chevy to a 4 wheel drive and what is needed axle, t case, tranny, what else? this is for a buddy Thanks Ryan

if your buddy has funds like yours, IMPOSSIBLE he will never get it done.
makes more sense to buy a 4-wheel drive to start with
