Hey guys need alittle input. I got 77 ford f150 w/ d44 front axle. at the last run I think I tore up a hub locker. Dont know for sure yet havent had time to check it. It started making a ratcheting noise on right front, wasnt loud enough and didnt jerk like it was a ring and pinion, so I think its a hub locker. My question is what should I go back with if I change them? are some better than others? Heard about an adaptor that goes in its place and keeps it locked all the time. Any Input would be great thanks. _________________ Broke, but still livin life and havin fun! |

the term can go both ways i guess. if they were " all the time " i would call it "full time " but the ones i have you can unlock. I had a set of "full time" on a truck once and had nothing but problems with them. they would not engage all the time. |

There is a set of Mile Marker hubs posted for sale on Stompers forum for a 78? F-150 for $55. It's in the for sale section. _________________ GET A LITTLE MUD ON THE TIRES |
