Cotton would probably work pretty well for it, or wool although that would probably be a little heavy unless you got the fine-weave and light stuff.
My cloak is wool with a cotton lining which moves and hangs a lot like the one Rogue is wearing, so that's what I'm going with.

Agreed.....silk is alot more alluring and fitting for Rogues almost seductive powers! Especially now with her edgier character, and the slightly dark side those billions of minds seem to be bringing out in her! I esp love how she now seems to feel the NEED to touch despite its instant-death properties!

I think Spandex is out! Basically since all these superhero movies started popping up and the 'real deal' just didn't suit.....
I guess you could say Spandex is 90's fashion!
