I don't know if anyone still cares. If you don't I will get no hurt feelings by you not being here to respond.
We all know that Sinister and Gambit have some intersting ties. At best he worked for a evil man without knowing or wanting to know the full extent of what he was doing. In X-Men: The End Sinister turned out to be Gambits dad. I'm not here to argue that but the fact is, Gambit's ties to sinister will surely grow as other writers get a hold of it for better or worse.
Mystique has certain ties to Sinister too though. Is it not possible that she introduced the guy she thinks as worthy of Rogue because Sinister wanted it so? Given, he probably didn't want Gambit siding with Apocalypse, he would like the idea of Gambit leaving the X-men and maybe going to work for Sinister again. What do you think? |

Mystique has ties to Sinister?
I didn't know that.
I can see Sinister doing quite a lot to get Remy back, since he seems to fixate on people (Scott and Jean anyone) and then do almost anything to get them.

Makes sense to me too, although I'm not sure about the ties to Sinister thing. Any issues we can reference to back that up?
If its true, it puts things in a whole new light.
