Joss "Crunchy In Milk" Whedon is going to be the new writer for Runaways after BKV finishes his last ark. Joss has long been professing his love for this series, and really, it's right up his alley. I'm quite excited. This counts as news, I believe. |

Anything Joss Whedon does is bound to be amazing. I thought Buffy got really cheesy but for some reason I can't stop watching it (I'm on the last season. At last. Yes I'm behind!) and Firefly is just like, wow.
So good news, yes. |

Thanks Krys
I've always loved Runaways, and I look forward to seeing what Joss can do with them. _________________ And I sit, endlessly watching the people as they walk below me, knowing that I will never walk among them, knowing I will never live as they have lived and loving them for it.

No problem. Best comic news I've seen in a while. Couldn't help but share. Figured doing this was better than shouting from rooftops. |

When I heard BK Vaughn was leaving Runaways I was a bit worried. Not so much anymore. Whedon will be perfect for that series. The only thing that sucks is he won't be on Astonishing anymore. I almost pity whoever is following him on that run. _________________ I am Loki Scar-Lip, Loki Skywalker, Loki Giant's Child, Loki Lie-Smith.

Whoa....you really are behind! And I found Buffy was really bad in the beginning as the monsters looked so cheesy fake! But with more budgit and a better idea of their audience it got much better! (I know this is the wrong place for discussing this...) but I have to say the moment it first gripped me was when Angel broke that teachers neck! He then took her body and laid it in Giles bed with red roses...hahaha....and that was the start of Angelus! Oooh yeah!
And perhaps I should add 'yay for Whedon news' in order to be on topic! _________________ *
