It may well be true, but I hope not. Juggs, at least movie Juggs, doesn't have enough character or story to be able to carry off a movie all of his own. I'd much rather have an X-Men First Class movie, looking at how Storm, Jean, Beast and Cyke interacted than that.

Well it is still very much in the rumor phase, so I guess it doesn't really matter what we think now, but I still hope it's not true. There are other characters that would benefit more from a solo film, and that would make a more interesting film. Mystique for instance.

Yep that's true...Marvel has a vast array of far more interesting characters to make movies about...
Part of my indifference comes from the fact that I don't particularly like Juggernaut and won't see the movie either way... |

Unless it had a good supporting cast I probably wouldn't go see it either. He's ok in the comics, just about, but he was kinda pointless in the film (like half the other characters)

I'd see anything X-related, or even superhero so doesn't have to be Marvel but I agree it would be a stretch to do a Juggs film as he has never been a HUGE part of the X-Mens lives, even as a villian.
I expect its a rumour that will be shelved!

I was thinking more along the lines of Blob surrounded by food watching t.v. whilst eating and then occasionally getting up to whack toad upside the head...Would you see it? LOL |

I'd hope this was just a cruel joke...but considering they are making a movie about Namor, the Submariner (Have I mentioned how much that makes me want to not life?). But really I don't see this happening. Juggs just isn't compelling enough a character (kinda like Namor...oops, blatant cheap shot alert) to hold up a movie. And as much as I like Vinny Jones (Snatch is my all-time favorite movie), I'm not so sure he could hold a starring role. Besides, what are they going to fill the two hours with? Juggs growling and smashing things...If I wanted that I'd just watch the Hulk...
And having reached my quota for cheap shots in a single post, I'll just press the 'End' button now.
