Many of you may be wondering "Where's the photos?" after two days of being at the park. I have posted a few to get things started in what I'm calling "A Final Goodbye".

I have one and a half pages thus far with plenty more to go. Right now photos of the western area have been posted.  There will be much more to come soon and I'll let you know when more have been added.

Coasterdad told me of a few errors and I hope they are fixed. PM me of what ones you find errors on.

I apologize for the inconvenience.

The pictures seem to be working now.
Thanks for posting them, but I can't look at them without getting angry.
This did not have to happen. I do not think that I will ever be able to go to a Cedar Fair park again.
I've gotten so depressed that I'm taking tomorrow off and heading to Kennywood for the first time. I'm sure that will help.
Again thanks for posting these.

Just an update...

There are now 120 photos posted from the two days at the park. Still more to come.

Page 2 has been completed as well as Page 3.  If you haven't seen them, Page 2 has pics of Wolf Bobs and a little of Happy Harbor. Page 3 has more views of Double Loop as well as Jukebox Cafe, Palace Theater, the games complex, and some Kidworks Playzone.

http://www.geaugalaketoday.com/A_Final_Goodbye_Pg2.htm

Thanks for your patience as I clean up the photos and slowly add them to the site.

Its completely unreal what cedar fair has done to the park. It looks rundown like its been that way for years...and they sure cleaned up what they could (I mean as in taking whatever is worth something to them) Its really upsetting, especially looking into the double loop station knowing my little 28 ride marathon is no more! Sad Thank you Coasterdad and Gunkey, It really is an eyesore right now.

Page 4 is ready for your viewing (dis)pleasure.

http://www.geaugalaketoday.com/A_Final_Goodbye_Pg4.htm

On this page you will see some views from the top of Larger Than Life, the remains of Shipwreck Falls, and a big 28 photo ode to GL's granddaddy coaster, Big Dipper.
