| looking at the latest stocks, cedar fair has not done well but six flags has been a whole lot worse, down to 1 dollar a share and carries a very low rating, wondering if maybe Geauga wasnt sold to store up cash in case they decide to either do a hostile takeover of six flags or vulture up some of the assets is six flags does go under....somewhat of a possibility according to insiders......just a thought..... im also becoming a bit more optomistic about the dipper, being we havent heard anything as of yet, the announcement may come that it will be saved as part of the retail development that comes in....which would be nice |

^ If you think about it, CF doing a hostile take over of sf flags will be a disaster for all of the sf parks. The entire first year the park will look trashy as cf tries to remove all of sf theming. The next two or three years the improvements for 3/4 of those parks would only be fresh paint jobs, removing two or three of there best rides, build a water park that nobody likes, and on top of all of that try and make there new corn hole game sound like a multi million dollar investment. Then for those majority of parks after they close down for the season of year four, cf will officially announce there sudden closure dew to low attendance at the park. Yet again you will see Norton come back into the picture the following year for a ton of auctions. What ever isn't auctioned for scrap or to another park will then be reallocated to other cf parks. Of course cf will tell the public they will never do something like that but northern Ohio knows the truth. For the sake of the sf parks I hope to god there stock turns around immediately. _________________ Check out the new group on Facebook:

| I agree. I know when CF bought Geauga Lake back and said they were going to make it back to the family park many of us knew I was excited to see what they would do. Then the lies and the demise began! Take the animals, rides and run the place to the ground and don't tell anyone or advertise that the park is even there.... Yep the was a great plan....NOT!!!! I hope that Six Flags hold on to the parks they got!!!! |

I'd rather see CF stocks tank so badly that the Board has no choice but to fire everyone in any kind of leadership position and dedicate all available funds to re-building and de-Dick'ing all parks.
I don't want to see the parks close and I don't want to see "Average Joe" lay-offs but I'd love to know Dick-ie and his cronies are stuck living on dividends and wondering how they'll pay on million dollar homes.
The only people I want to live to see get screwed more than the Cedar Fair decision makers are the crude oil futures speculators. _________________ Positions Held:
