It looks like HS has found a new home. Geauga Lakes new for 1996 ride will be Carrowinds new for 2009 ride, Ill bet everyone down there is pleased.
It will replace Flying Super Saturater which was rumored at one time to be coming to GL for 2008. We all know what CF gave us for 2008 now.
Click on the link below and read the July 4th entry.

| Is Super Saturator going to be moved to another CF park? Will they put it up for sale? Glad to see Head Spin get's a new home. I will always remember it as Mind Eraser on the right side of GL by Big Dipper and Superman later in the Six Flags era. I will always remember it. I thought it was fun going backwards. |

| It would be nice to see the Saturator headed to WWK since it would at least give the park a coaster but that seems unlikely with CF probably closing it soon. |

I would be shocked and amazed if Super Saturator headed anywhere else other than the scrap yard. The ride is extremely low capacity and isn't much of a ride when all water effects are turned off (late spring and early fall is when that is routine).
However, if CF trully wants GL's WWK (lame name) to succeed, they should build something "new" to get people's attention. That something "new" could be Super Saturator given the current schedule for WWK it could potentially work out.

| Mind Eraser/Head Spin and Serial Thriller/Firehawk are a dime a dozen. Look at the rdcb.com site... every third coaster is a Vekoma SLC or Boomerang. And they're sll the same. Mourn the Double Loop and Villian... DL was the first double inverting coaster ever built, and Villian was a unique custom design. And they will both be rubble feilds by weeks end. |

| I feel reely dumb for asking, but I am wondering what is the saturator? And what does the WWK mean? Is it wild water kingdom? Plus I feel if they even want a chance of this waterpark to succeed, they have a lot of work to do! Maybe put in a watercoaster or something that would make people want to drive to their park verses people going to their local city pools! |

WWK is Wild Water Kingdom.
I hate to say this, but WWK will have NO chance of survival (as Soak City will not, either) if the city of Port Clinton goes ahead with their waterpark plans.
It's gonna be BIG! |

GOOOOOO Port Clinton!!!! WWK is a dead issue and Cedar Fence doesn't deserve the business of Soak City. |

| Actually I would not be surprised if the Super Saturater does get a new home at WWK. I don't think WWK will survive either, but I don't think they'll close it just yet. They'll give it something new, one more year, and if it doesn't take off then they'll close it. |

| Super Saturator is a roller coaster/water ride from Carowinds that is being taken out for Head Spin. It dumps water on people waiting in line and they spray water at you from below. I rode it when I visited Carowinds and also Hershey Park has one also. I rode that one in my bathing suit it was alot of fun. I hope it goes to another park in the CF chain. |

| I have ridden the one at Hershey. It is fun but the low capacity is horrible. A short line was close to 45 minutes |

Anyone have a guess to Mind Eraser's new colors? or name. CF seems perticular to red's orange's and Yellow's. (All three suck) Right Texas Twister?! _________________ Remember......Fan Boys and Haters are always good for one thing. A one sided argument. Which are you? |
