Sorry for the long abscence, i have been pretty busy with summer.
About the comment about hoping dick dies... look I dont like the guy either but that is a bit over the top. Dick will get his one of these days... rest assured.
Dave thanks for the pics as well. They are hard to look at for both me and my twin girls who are still heartbroken about Geauga Lakes Closing. They still find it hard to beleive they will never ride the BLMR again. |

Hello all long time reader first time poster!
First off a big thank you goes out to Dave for the pictures! It is very much appreciated! I am saddened to see what has come of this park. I remember the glory days of the mid 90's before Six Flags etc... It is hard to believe that this park is gone. I live in Columbus and on a whim I drove up to Geauga for a day in August, I am so glad I did. I made a video and I invite you all to watch it. Of course when I made this I had no clue what was going to happen. I plan on making one that is a little more nostalgic then this:

^ Of course the company that bought Six Flags purchased Geauga Lake in mid-1995. That company was Premier Parks out of Oklahoma City. |
