yeah the positives of getting the coaster outweigh the negatives in my opinion.

maybe this is where flying super saturator might be going.

Hard Rock Park Rumor:

2008 - New Park - Under Construction - (8/20/07) One of our readers contacted Intermark about the Hydra Fighter listing on their website and found out that it is indeed still available, but in need of a major overhaul. This pretty much confirms that Hard Rock Park has wisely backed out of their original intention to purchase this lemon of a coaster. Now if only we knew if they were trying to buy the Flying Super Saturator from Carowinds.

Don't see why they would sell to competetion. IMO, when HRP DOES open, it will affect CW wheter people deny it or not.

While I do think this is the perfect ride for GL, I just don't think they are ready to add a coaster yet...

I'll have to see it to believe it.

I don't think a hyper at GL is a possibility at GL right now. Although, I think the FSS fits more in line with GL's family theme and is a definite possibility.

Right - I knew that. I was just commenting that he stated that GL was not ready for a coaster. While I agree they aren't ready for a coaster, FSS, while a coaster, is more of a smaller family ride that fits in with GL family theme.

Ah, ok.
I got you.
I agree. I can't see the park putting in a brand new big roller coaster anytime soon.
FSS would fit in as more of a theme ride in Happy Harbor.

With all the other rumors getting attention lately, I was sorry to see this one die back.

In spite of things happening, I would for one be very happy to have this coaster (FSS) at Geauga Lake for next season.

When was the last time that Geauga Lake added a new ride? I ll be thrilled if they get the Super Saturator. The First new ride in a long time.  We could only hope for 2008!

I hope they get a flat ride before a coaster. To be honest that would be a better decision busineesly.

Wow. Now that you think of it GL really deserves a ride; flat, super soaker, hyper, I don't know something. That is a long period of times between rides. Just outta curiosity what are some of your favorite flat rides at GL, anyone?

Actually, the last "mechanical rides" added/installed at the Lake were the Starfish, which came from Six Flags Marine World after an accident and then the Thriller Bees which came from Kentucky Kingdom.

Those were both added in 2003.

Of course, you technically can say the shuttle behind RWB was the last "ride", since well, you DO ride on it. And it was added in 2006.
