First of all, happy holidays everyone.  Hope everyone has a great Christmas despite the situation with the economy and such.

I have finally added photos to the Sea World section of the site.  Photos from the Six Flags Wild Life days are also included in this section. You can check them out here.

I have also added pages to the Head Spin and Thunderhawk pages.

Thanks for posting those Sea World pictures, Gunkey. I have a lot of great memories of both sides of the lake and have heard people talking about that dolphin statute twice in recent months.

I also like that shot of the Shamu blimp, that would be quite a site.

The wife is so excited every time she sees the Goodyear Blimp (she's from Minnesota, where they don't have many blimps...)  I could only imagine what it would be like if the Sea World AND the Goodyear Blimps were to go past the house at the same time.

i worked at sea world from 1990-1994 and while i wreaked havoc much of the time, it was the best college job i could have had.

that being said, we often thought that geauga lake was a trashy dumpground by comparison !!!!

I think you guys should pay tribute to Rotofred by adding some pictures of it on your site in the ride section!

I have a couple of photos from Sea World from the 1970's I don't know how to post them. Maybe at the next meeting, I will bring them and I can let you guys take a look at them.

I took that one many years ago.  I used to love that blimp.  I wonder whatever happened to it.  When I was younger I lived by Akron Fulton Airport where the blimp would stay while in town, and for 2 or 3 years straight it would show up opening weekend.

Sorry for the double post...

But Chad did you ever see the 2 or 3 times when all 3 Goodyear blimps were in town?  Now that was a sight to see them in formation.

If I can find the news paper clippings... ill try and bring them to the next meeting.
