I have seen pictures of it when it was being disassembled at GL. It was cut apart and re welded back together. If DL's gauge was off due to structural problems of the steel I can only imagine how bad Corkscrew is now. _________________ GL's demise was caused by one mans foolish greed. My dad found a park map that shows my family in the Skyscraper. Also it shows the Corkscrew and the Double Loop when they were white! I will bring it to the get together on the 1st. It is so sad to know that these rides are being lost at such a fast rate! Seeing the cars in the middle part of Mean Streak makes me have mixed emotions! I am glad that a Little part of the Double Loop lives on, but the cars are not at Geauga Lake! _________________ Life is like a rollercoaster. It is full of ups and downs!
