It depends on how far they want to transport it and how much money they want to spend to relocate it.

But, if they spend a little recoverable money (like building the easily moved water park), and have the haunt for a couple of years, and then shorten the season and whine about poor attendance, then they have engineered the demise of Geauga Lake, while saving face. I've had this in the back of my head all along, that they'd only make a half-hearted try and then shut us down. I'm game, but I don't see how...

How do you start a petition to save the park and The Big Dipper? Was the property the park is on sold to someone else? Does Cedar Fair still own it? Is there going to be a memory book about the history of Geauga Lake written? I looked in the gift shop before the park closed and they didn't have one written.

I have always believed this to be the exact scenario that they played out. Make it kind of look like they are doing something but all along they knew what was going on. The old waterpark sitting abandoned all this time proves that they knew from day one what was going on. And to as what we can do, I don't really know at this point. As long as Dick is CEO most likely nothing. We might be able to get a few rides saved, relocated, or moved. A waterapork only will not survive, but I am sure they know that already - its still part of their mind game on us. Dick Kinzel - how I despise that man right now. _________________ Greed is what caused GL's demise and that just makes me sick. Lets do what we can to rat out Kinzel - hes a snake. I know the reality will hit me as it will many others when the weather gets warmer and we start to think about riding all our favorite rides and when you get to the park, you will see nothing but a torn up piece of our park! Makes me sad!!!

Army corp of engineers surveying wetlands around Dom Plans or blueprints of Dom and TH out on certain individuals desks. Suits, Bill, Dick walking around the park. Bill evading question and not showing up for a member outing. Dicks body language and inane comments in video interview done before season opened. I know that there will be many more that will find out about this and there will be many who are going to be upset, but I know that I think the part that made me mad is how CF made all those promises and then closed the park without giving the park a chance to recover!!
