Hey Ray could you answer a question for me?
Whats this about lawsuits? I just skimmed through it and wasn't too much into reading the entire thing. _________________ 2008 - Mantis Crew

The lawsuit was well what looks like a former employee who was treated unfairly and didn't get his deserved and scheduled breaks. I'm not sure if theres more to it or not. It seems unusual that Gilroy Gardens was just let go like that from Cedar Fair...so thats just another way to pay off their debt. It still looks like they will be operating the park, but it won't be owned by Cedar Fair. _________________ Geauga Lake I will miss you! |

| They sold the property, rides, ect to the state for 13 million. They (CF) will continue to manage it. According to the article at the top of page. I wish Paramount never would have sold their parks. I loved Paramount. |

| whoever owned (which i cannot remember and was not cedar fair or paramount) gilroy gardens sold it to the city of gilroy instead of letting it get redeveloped into something the city nor the residents want it's a shame cedar fair played their part in having it renamed and sold to the city but they couldn't do anything to save geauga lake but that just shows what a messed up company they really are |
