| You know what is really sad is the fact the for some reason we get to watch a beautyful park and its ride get destroyed for no good reason! It makes me sick. I feel that there are many people who are really upset about what happened to our park! I was on the King Dominon web site and a few others and so many people are pissed off by the way the closing is being handled! Most have never heard ablout any park being treated so poorly! |

| Has anyone ever been to a park auction before when a park closed? Did they do the same thing when Astroworld closed in 05'? What about Wyandot Lake in 06? I haven't seen any of their rides at other parks. What happened to them? |

My wife works with alot of people in aurora and geauga county and they say there local newspaper told them that the rides where to old to maintain for CF and thay didn't have the money. I guess they try to kiss up to locals in area so they don't know whats really going on! We need to get the truth out to everyone in this area, maybe make some flyers and pass them out in this area. Just a thought, even if everything gets destroyed, CF will go with it! Let's make this happen. _________________ (ACFG)Anti-Cedar Fair Group |

I recently purchased this red wheel from a guy who bought the contents of a building at the Geauga Lake auction. He had a few black wheels, but this is the only red one. The wheel is 10 inches across, and 2 3/4 inches deep. The hub is made of a phenolic composite with a nylon hub, and the tire is a dense silicon material. The back of the wheel is all chewed up like it was rubbing on something, and that is why it was removed from the ride. Our guess it is from a ride where it could be wet, and it is definitely not a drive wheel like the coaster wheels he had for sale. Does anyone have any ideas what it could be from? I would really appreciate your help with this. Thanks.
