Cool -- Shamu beats Moby Kinzel!

I wonder which of those 20 will win the Golden Ticket Award for 2008?  Or maybe a park like Knoebels or Kennywood that is not in the top 20.  I don't see Cedar Fair winning it again soon.

12.5% increase by BGE is insane, not to mention Hershypark's  9.8%. I can see Hershey overtaking KI and CP this year because they have been expanding with a new water park last year and now they are building a new coaster.

Glad to see Cedar Point at number 16! Also glad to see 4 CF parks there too!

Um Dominator56, even if your number 20 on that list it is still good. Even if a park was at number 40 that would still be pretty good. Do you know how many parks are out there??

Then again some of the smaller parks are located near less populated cities, so of course they cant compete with the bigger parks. In terms of big parks Cedar Point as number 16 is not that good.

I like cedar point, but I think they have their heads way to far up their arse, that they don't care.

I'm not surprised Hershey had an increase in attendance but I wasn't expecting that much of an increase especially because I hate the new Boardwalk area (though most seem to like it). It's too small with not enough attractions which means 1+ hour waits for the big slides on slow days, the play structure is too congested and with the slides, people are always cutting in line and the wavepool is 2 1/2 feet deep at the deepest part. Worst of all, it didn't really make the lines for the coasters any shorter. With the new coaster, it's going to be crazy there this year.
