This is going to get long, so I'll break it down day by day. All of my personal comments will be at the end, as signified by a (#).

March 23 (Easter) Magic Kingdom
Hours at park: ? ? ?7:00 AM - 1:15 AM

7:00- Rush to Tomorrowland. Grab 2 rides on Space Mountain with no wait. Head to Buzz Lightyear and Stitch (1). After that, off to the Indy Speedway.

8:15- The park's open, so we head to Fantasyland. Get on all of the rides east of the castle (such as Pooh (2)) with no wait, with Dumbo as the exception. Peter Pan already has a 20 minute wait, so we grab fastpasses and finish up Fantasyland. Ride Philharmagic (good show), Snow White (bad, boring ride) and "it's a small world" (ugh.). Go to Pete for our passes, and discover the advantage of having someone with a wheelchair in your party (3).

9:00- Liberty Square- Ride Haunted Mansion (4). Run like a madman to Frontierland to get fastpasses for Big Thunder while the rest of the party stays in the Square (5). Come back and hit the Hall of Amazingness.

10:00- Time for Big Thunder! I wish they'd add those two wheels back to the lead trains, but whatever. After riding twice, (Explain later) get passes for Splash and get ready for the parade.

10:30- Shop a bit, waiting for the parade to begin. At 11:00, it starts, but was a bit of a letdown. The whole "everything's a dream come true Million Dreams" bit is too much.

11:15- Head around to Adventureland. Anyone know why there's a construction wall along the Frontierland/ Adventureland path?

11:30- POTC. 45 minutes. Longest wait of the day, actually, mainly because that queue is wheelchair accessible.

12:15- Tiki Room. Gosh, this ride sucks. Too short, and desperately needs to get rid of the horrid "pop music" deal.

All right, I'm drawing a blank on what happened until 2, so I'll skip to Splash. Good ride, but the timing was bad (6). Ride twice, and head to the Jungle Cruise.

3:00- Cruise time! more corny jokes. I'll elaborate if anyone cares to hear them.

3:30 ish- Country Bears, the grandparents' favorite ride. It's really showing it's age, and it's quite easy to hear all of the bears' pneumatics.

4:00 ish- Leave for dinner at Wendy's. How boring. At least it's cheap.

8:15 PM- Arrive just in time for SpectroMagic. Much better than the Dreams parade.

10:00- Fireworks! Pretty cool, if you ask me.

11:30- Grandparents have left, and we fight our way over to Tomorrowland. Go on TTA and Astro Orbiter. My first time on the latter, believe it or not!

Midnight- The park is closed to the public, and all ours! Ride "it's" again (sister wanted more pictures of it), Haunted again, and BTMRR again. Go to Space, and ride it one more time. Go back to Pop Century, and crash. Gotta be up by 7 AM to get to Animal Kingdom! Oh boy! 5 hours of sleep!

footnotes
(1)- I never got to ride Alien Encounter, but I'm sure it had to be better than this awful show. Change it back, please!

(2)- Is the "Blustery Day" room hot because this is where the "Hell" room was on track A of Mr. Toad?

(3)- My grandma's wheelchair turned out to be the only thing better than fastpass. Cut the line on Peter Pan (we didn't even need our fastpasses) and were given VIP treatment at most of the shows. (Let in 1st, etc.) Even with Jungle Cruise, we got right on, even though it had an hour's wait! Yay Wheelchairs! I had figured that the person with the wheelchair would just wait at the platform while the rest of the party waited in line, but I'm glad I was wrong!

(4)- Love the new HM effects, like the staircase, and the creaks in the Portrait Gallery. I don't like the new bride, though. Looks too flat, and now there's too many video projection characters on the ride (Leota, Little Leota, the Bride, and the singing busts). I'm sorry, but the bride just looks really cheap.

(5)- Used the self-coined "fastpass trick". We had six party members, and only four who would ride, so we got six passes. That way, two people (my sister and I) could ride twice in a row. We did this a lot throughout our stay, and used it on Splash as well.

(6)- Due to the close dispatch of the logs, when a boat was floating in front of the big drop, a boat would come down the big drop, and the water cannons would soak the log that was just meandering by. I hated getting that wet from not even the big drop! Compared to the cannon soaking, the wetness on the big drop was hardly noticeable. Well, what are you gonna do?

That should do it for now. I'll post Animal Kingdom tomorrow, if not later today. Thanks for bearing with me through all that. Wink

It is true that the parks with Extra Magic Hours are more crowded, but since you are staying on property, it is well worth it. If you can, try and shoot for the early hours. The park opens an hour earlier, and all of the rides are dead. But just a note- if you do Magic Kingdom early hours, Frontierland is not yet opened, although everything else pretty much is. Of course, you could do the evening hours since the park stays open for 3 hours after closing instead of one, but it can get late.

I am excited to say that the Streetsboro Marching Rockets performed at Disney this weekend. So for those who saw the Blue and Gold uniforms, my son was one of them!

yay you rode TTA...that has always been my favorite

Stitch gets old REAL quick...but I tired to make it fun for myself when I was working in chamber...the same show every 8 min.  It was fun to scream LEVEL three and pretend to cry.

EMH were always the busiest days and they were hell.  It was even worse when a CM had to work "bridge"...it was often me standing there till 3am to make sure no guests came back into the land.

a trick for fastpasses...check the back of the machine...if you find a key hole set to the 2oclock position its unlocked and you just press the black button.  Just be sure no one sees you  Wink

First off- Yes TTA is amazing. Best part- the soundtrack that's played while entering Space mountain. I love all of the BGM for that ride, especially the entrance area BGM.

Oookay- time for Animal Kingdom.
Time at Park- 8:30 AM- 5:30 PM (Yes, we were too tired to stay any longer)

8:30- Rush to Everest, and get fastpasses. Good thing the return time is only an hour or so from now, so we go to Maharaja, and see the tigers. The phrase "boppy thing" is invented, due to the "boppy thing" on one of the bird's heads.

9:30- Ride Everest twice. Did you know the Yeti disappears with a flash? Just kidding.

9:45- It's tough to be a bug. I still don't like this show. It's just not that interesting. Mabye Disney should've stuck w/ the Roots Restaurant.

10:30 walk around a bit, and head over to Kilimangaro. Get fastpasses and go on the Gorilla Expedition.

11:30- Ride the safari. Good ride, but not many animals were out.

Noon- Over to Dinoland, where we grab fastpasses for Primeval (Boring and tacky, just like DCA!) and Dinosaur (as said on Theme Park Review: "The best worst darkride ever"). And, we miss our slot because we're at Nemo (actually pretty good) and the show was delayed because of a medical emergency. If anyone was there that day, do you know what happened?

2:00- Our new fastpasses for Primeval and Dino are ready, so we ride the former, then the latter. I love the "ketchup and mustard" tubes in the queue and must say that "Grant Seeker" is the worst pun ever. Period.

3:00- Go to Lion King. I still like this show, and apparentely, one guy in it is from Cleveland, and my aunt knows him. Weird, huh?

4:00- Parade time! I especially liked the "wood" looking floats, you know what I mean?

4:30- Wildlife Express. Conservation Station was neat, especially for Mom. She's a dental hygenist, and her dream is to one day clean animals' teeth, so she got a kick out of the place.

5:30- We're back at Pop Century, and just lounged around the rest of the day. We were too tired to do anything else.

All right, I'll try to put up Epcot tomorrow, but if not, sometime later in the week. Thanks for reading!

just for future reference

a fast pass does not expire, you just have to wait til the start time, then its good for the rest of the day.

and second magic kingdom early magical hours are far from magical, we got there late (8:10) because we had to drive as the only shuttle buss to come was full when it got to our stop, we had been waiting since 7:10, anyhow when we finally got there the park was basically closed, yeah sure we got in, but couldnt go anywhere,  and most rides were not opperating.
