Obviously, the Big Dipper for me. It holds most of my memories of the Lake, and was the first "major" coaster I ever went on.
Unless Big Thunder is considered a "major" coaster. _________________ First coaster of 2008: Space Mountain Omega

Without question; it would be The Big Dipper. And, ironically, it was. That Saturday night of Oktoberfest,
my final ride was the historic coaster. Little did I know it was my finale at the great little park. 7 days later, a stake was driven through my heart. |

I'd have to break the rules and put rides back into the park:
Mine would be the Zyclone with my grandmother one last time. My first rollercoaster and my first ride buddy. I've got pictures of her and I on Merrie Oldies from the same trip but every time I ride a coster I remember that first time.
She passed away in the mid-80s and I'd love to see her one more time and share one more ride with her - we didn't know she was going to die so suddenly and, similarly, I didn't know GL was going to go the way it did.
(There, how's that for a downer?)
Otherwise, it would be RWB (Only because it was 2 years since I got a ride on it before it was closed EVERY time I went to the park). |

I doubt BLMR will be going to CP, I'll gladly eat my words but, I doubt it. _________________ 2008 - Mantis Crew

Yeah, your right. I did start the drama.
I guess now I'll have to become a lurker, have my profile deleted, wait a week and a half, come back as imis_geauga, and I'll be a whole new and exciting person. Not that imis_idora guy at all. I'll be imis_geauga, the new guy to the boards.
Maybe a new screen name but the same joker behind the keyboard. _________________ Cedar Fair is an ignorant company! |

CFVIP, Afrmom, CPBoy..... different name, same annoying brat! By the way, about your trip report....... I am only speaking for myself, but I know of at least a couple on here will agree with me on this..... I dont care about anything from you on here, let alone a trip report! You whine all the time that people start drama with you, but we just respond to you being the whiny lil boy that you are. Sorry you cant take it.....

Well my ride I would have chosen would have either have been X-Flight or Big Dipper. I think my last ride was X-flight. I never really thought too much about it until they closed it. No one ever thinks the worst.
That is one thing I am angry about. Its not that they closed, it was declining in pop and would have soon (i would have kept it open, but i have to be honest) I am angry that CF didnt give us the chance to ride one more ride, play one more game, take one more picture. From their point of view it would have been benifiticial to keep it open for money. Think of all the people that would have went, I would have even though I had a pass. But from my point of view, keep it open to give us one more memory. That is why I hate CF the most. They were quite stupid about that. Also I think more people would have been just sad about the thing instead of angry. |

| It is a tie for me between the Double Loop (my first coaster ever) and the log ride. I think I spent the most amount of time at GL in line at that log ride. back in the day when the line was an hour or more long. Those were the days! |

The Big Dipper.
The Muzik Express.
The Carousel.
The Scrambler (when it was next to DL.)
The Corkscrew.
The Double Loop...
Raging Wolf Bobs. Out of all the rides that I rode or wanted to ride, RWB is the one that I obsessed over the most. Now that I'm with someone who loves coasters and has the ability to force me to do something despite fear, I was planning a trip to start the day on Dipper, and end it on Wolf Bobs. |
