I think it was pretty cool. Too bad they ripped Geauga Lake apart so fast. They would have had more to work with.

Great find !! The movie really looks like it came out good. They brought in that running ferris wheel for the movie. The people that made the movie were really nice people. They used alot of the real scary wivestales that they got from people groing up there. I can't wait for it to come out. It looks alot better done than the Deadwood Park movie that was partially filmed at clp. |

It's a pretty bad film ( but if you like b-movies you may like this) but it was nice to see the park in it. It is on dvd, I got mine off of ebay but I could bring it to the next meet-up and I could be up for sombody Trying to " digitally make copies just incase I lose my copy" wink wink. I don't have the capability to do so. |

When does or did this movie get released? Was it only on video, because I havent really heard of it in the past.

Deadwood Park was released 3 or 4 years ago, you can find it on ebay once in a while. Closed for the season is scheduled for release mid to late in 2009. They haven't been clear if it going straight to dvd or not. They are planning to show it at some film festivals. I think it would be at the Cleveland film festival. |

I went by the park today and it's not good. The park has been invaded by pink flags everywhere. They will start domo very soon. If you want to take a look at the park before it's gone, you should go soon. |

I just found out that they have added a webcast on the making of closed for the season. here is the link, click on the behind the seasons tab and your there. This is pretty cool and they say they will be addind a new webcast about every week from here on out.
