I'll be there, thanks for sharing. Hopefully they uncovered some more L and XL t-shirts. Pickings were slim at the last sale I went to.

$10 a bag now...?

Looks like I'll be scooping up another few bags...  Though this set will be for resale instead of personal collection, unlike the last 5 bags I walked out of there with.

Hopefully they have some REALLY old stuff dug out for this one!

I would love to go, but we have a Christmas party in Cleveland that day. It would be cutting it close time wise. They did the same thing last year.

I should be there for the sale.

Are we meeting up for lunch afterward or is it sale and bust?

Hi everyone long time reader of the forums. I have always wanted to attend the tradewinds sale when I see someone posted the information about them, but in honestly I have no idea where the Tradewinds is. Can someone please point me in the right direction. From what I have gathered from searching is its on the waterpark side? Thanks in advance. Very Happy

Hey as a former park employee I know where everything is. Tradewinds is right outside the main gate to wildwater kingdom. You will see it. Its not hard to miss.
I think unfortunately I dont think I will be attending this sale. There is still time to change my mind.

COOL!  I am NOT missing this one, Dammit.  I missed the last two, and we are coming up from Indy Friday afternoon, so I can be there in the parking lot by 10 Saturday for sure!  I am just looking for 5 specific things... anything Big Dipper, anything Mr. Hyde's, X-Flight t-shirt, Villain t-shirt, and Dominator t-shirt.  I might even hit BW3s as well afterward.

Fair warning there's been no dipper or hydes merch at any of the past sales there should be plenty of x flight, villan and dominator  schwag, hope you wear small t shirts as XL t shirts are long gone unless they dig up more for this sale.

During the summer sale there were very few T-shirts in the medium to xtra-large category. Dipper stuff has been long gone but there are a few shirts that have coaster names on them. Newer rides (SF installed) you are still likely to find items.

From what I hear there is tons of stuff in storage that was not at the last sale, so who knows what you might find.

Coasterdad is right about the stuff in storage, for anyone that saw the inside of the ballroom in the past, The whole place was FULL to the ceiling of geauga lake merch as of late 2007 when I last poked my nose in there.  Checking the interior was a nightly thing as the flaming alarm system went off every freaking night at 2:30 am without fail.  Not to mention what was in the numerous gift shops and other storage locations around the park.

I would guess that there will be several more sales or the price will keep coming down to get rid of the bulky objects. What I would like to see for sale is the thousands of six flags employee polo shirts that were left behind. I found them stored in the old education rooms under the stadium way back. who knows what happened to them......

See everyone there on the 5th!
