Does anyone have a suggestion for a decent <$10 coaster design tool?  I've got an idea, and don't care about putting it in an entire park, I just want to see if it's physically feasible, and what the POV would look like...

I promise I'll share the results.  (It's what I figure the DL could've been replaced with had GL outlasted it.)

no designer is cheap.... the only two decent coaster designers was rct2 +3 and no limits. I'm not sure how much no limits cost and never figured out how to use it. I'd really like to know what the pros use in most of the coaster release vids.

No Limits is $30...  I'm going to try the demo and see what I think.

RCT 2 and 3 are both fairly cheap... Did I remember hearing somewhere that 2 was actually the better of the two?

RCT 2 is better than 3 though RCT 3 has a very good amount of various flats with it. I still play with RCT 2 to this day.

I'd have to agree with Gunky, there is only a few diferances between 2 and 3... 3 did have just slightly more coasters and more types of coasters... ex... water coasters, stratacoaster, ect.
