Userbars are smallish icons (350x19), usually created with programs like Adobe Photoshop or Gimp, that many forum, email and social network users attach to their signature or website

The User Bar Designer is a paint program designed specifically to create userbars and it offers a free service supported by user donations and sponsors. No downloads necessary, this application runs in your browser! Do you have an idea for a userbar but just don't feel like learning PhotoShop or GIMP? This is the right application for you!

At UBDesigner you can create the following userbars with or without transition effects.

The effects are:
• None
• Fade
• Scroll up
• Scroll left
• Door
• Squish

Just remember that your images to be used are to be 20kb in size and its dimensions may not exceed 350x20 pixels
