The problem seems be that a bunch of pirates have screwed up the new product line. And until "Adobe" straightens up this mess I won't be using CS 3 upgrade with Microsoft's Vista OS.

If you really want the new CS 3, my recommendation is to buy the Full CS 3 package from one of the Black Market sites rather than the upgrade product.
