Joan, in Step 1 of the instructions given at that link in my post above, there are 2 links given (blue underlined). The first link gives you instructions on how to create and save a .csv file using EXCEL. The second link gives you instructions on how to export your contacts file as a .csv from Outlook, Outlook Express, and various webmail providers. Click on those links to get step-by-step instructions. You may want to read them both before choosing one. The 2nd one will most likely be the easiest and quickest for you to do. _________________ Repa

Repa, thank you for the link. It has a lot of info and I actually for once would have known how to make the cvs file with Excel..lol YEAH something I understood.
