Joan, in Step 1 of the instructions given at that link in my post above, there are 2 links given (blue underlined). The first link gives you instructions on how to create and save a .csv file using EXCEL. The second link gives you instructions on how to export your contacts file as a .csv from Outlook, Outlook Express, and various webmail providers. Click on those links to get step-by-step instructions. You may want to read them both before choosing one. The 2nd one will most likely be the easiest and quickest for you to do.

Repa, thank you for the link. It has a lot of info and I actually for once would have known how to make the cvs file with Excel..lol YEAH something I understood.
