Well, it is easy! But you have to know where to crop your image. It looks like it just makes an upside-down ripple-effect of your whole picture.

Yeah...true... you have to crop to get a better visual effect. I think all water effects makes an upside-down copy of the original image... even the Squirlz Reflection application

We now have two of these sites for these effects...There pretty as well...
They show the reflection of the picuture...Pretty nice...

You can go to www.photofiltre.com and download their reflect tool, look under free ware. it taks no guessing with that one. Just load the picture and click... poof its done.
