I think this is my best find of all.

Splashup is an amazing Flash application that looks and functions a lot like Photoshop. You can perform many of the same tasks you perform in Photoshop, such as working with layers, adding filters, changing blending modes, brushes, etc.
The way how it works is that it allows you to upload images from your computer or work with images from your online photosharing accounts, such as Flickr and Picasa. It allows you to edit many images at once. But remember, it works in real-time. Supposedly Splashup runs in all browsers and it even has its own file format so you can save your work in progress.
and yeah... it's free!!!

I guess it is okay. I just don't feel right editing on line. I would rather have it in my computer and be able to edit at my convenience and not Comcast's. Considering they go down at times.
