Ruth,
Please forgive me... but I have not had time to look into it... I still need an answer to these questions... it might help
Two questions:
- Are you replacing a current nav. bar or making a new one?
- What language are you using? _________________

You don't need to apologize Samantha! I'm the one that is sorry for not answering your questions before!
I'm creating a new nav bar.
I'm using HTML, but I probably have to use CSS or Javascript to do the fly-outs.
Sorry for not answering you before! _________________

HELP!!! I'm so confused!! From Dynamic Drive, I copied the script from the box and put it under my tag. I installed hvmenu and tried to read the config instructions, but I don't get it. I did a "Save As" for examplemenu_var and for menu_com in the folder for Spiritually Growing With Cancer, but they don't appear on the right side with all the other pages, images, etc. What am I doing wrong? I also don't understand about copying that script under the tag. To me, I would think that it would go under the box image on my nav bar where I want it to appear.
Here's what I want to happen, when a user mouses over "Spiritual Resources" in the nav bar, a sub-menu appears with 3 choices and one of those choices has another sub-menu with 3 choices. Then, when a user mouses over "Resources", a sub-menu appears with 6 choices.
I guess that I'm not sure if the sub-menu is supposed to appear like I showed in my screen shots. FF was the closest to what I want for "Spiritual Resources" to do, except that it showed it UNDER that button, not mousing over it! I don't get it!!! _________________

Did you download the file and read those instructions? Also, which one are you using.
Once again comes my point. Upload it to a server(your host) so we can view source and see what's going on here and possibly de-bug it. _________________ if there was room for another God, and Almighty was ok with it, He would pick me because I'm just that darn good |

Ruth,
Wwe is right... we really can't so much if we can't see your coding
Wwe proposes that you upload the page to the server and we go take a look at the code... but I don't think that is the right way as I don't think we will see the whole coding
Here is the thing... copy the code and paste it in Notepad and send it to us by email for us to take a looksy or copy and paste it here but you must use the BBcode "CODE" to surround your coding
