I have a question...on the nav bar, how do I add a flyout (I think that's what it's called. Like when you mouse over a button on the nav bar and some other "sub-catergories" are visible. A person can click on them and it links you to a separate page.)? Does that make sense?
Thanks!!! _________________

Thanks wwe!! I'm confused though, is there a place on that website for sideways ones that "flyout" to the right, not just drop-downs? _________________

Thanks guys!! Samantha, that Dreamweaver link was great! However, that tutorial would work perfectly for Dreamweaver X.X I think, but I have upgraded to Dreamweaver CS3 and some of things are different, so it won't work. I do have the Pop-up Menu magic from Project Seven. I added the fly-out menu from there and here is how it looks in IE...
Sorry, I'm having trouble getting it posted. Will post again when I get it right. _________________

I tried to upload it to GeoCities, but had trouble.
I'll post a screen shot from both IE and Firefox to show what I'm seeing in those browsers. I'm having a mental block on how to post a screen shot here; any help??? I want the fly-out menu to be shown when you hover over a button on the nav bar. Right now, I see the menu right below the button in full in IE and in Firefox, the menu is below the button, but it does the sub-sub-menu correctly when you hover on the sub-menu. Sorry, I know it's confusing! _________________

Lol... yes a bit confusing... a screenshot would help
To make a screen shot just click on the "Print screen" or "Prt src or Alt + prt src" key on your keyboard, for some laptops you will need to use both the "function key" + print screen to make a screen shot.
Open your program "Paint"... it should be located in "Accessories" > click on "edit" and then "paste"
Click on "file" and then "save as"... name your file and save as a jpg/jpeg format... make sure you take notice of the location... it should be saving in your "pictures"
When posting it here, you will notice in the posting box area *NEW* Add image to post [?] > click on that and follow the instructions to upload your image here _________________

You have a server cause I see your site for your hosting, why not put it in a test directory then give us the link, it will be allot easyer anyhow to code it...then you can see what it will look like from a online view...a had a template once that in dreamweaver it looked ok, then once i uploaded it it looked like cow poop lol. _________________ if there was room for another God, and Almighty was ok with it, He would pick me because I'm just that darn good |
