The birds in my neighbourhood wakes up at 4:30 am... is that normal?
I do love the sounds of birds and the merry chirping... but NOT at 4:30am when I am just "turning over" 
So are my birds normal

lol as you now we raise cockiteils, and I guess it is, or maybe you birds are druggies lol, they are up from parying all night ROFL!!!!!!
Ours "wake up" at around 5 and I got mad one morning and grabbed a water bottle(i sleep in the family room on the couch with a water bottle next to me as i get thirsty allot even throughout the day and im to lazy to get up and walk 2 steps to the fringe) so I threw it at them and knocked their cage over and didn't notice till i woke up with birds on my face walking around at 7 lol, mom was ticked at me, so she moved them out of my sight(she put them on the other wall lol not much far for a tiny house. You can sit in the bath room and see the tv on the back wall lol.

I suppose it is normal. No matter where I lived they were awake before dawn. Now I have squirrels that wake me by running across our metal roof.

Yes I think it is normal. Especially in hot climates I understand. The earlier you get that worm the better for you...lol.

Normal. Especially for woodpeckers in our part of the country. They will be up on the roof pecking on the metal vents at or before sunrise. They do it to attract a mate. Guaranteed to wake you up! I put some rubber snakes up there one time to get rid of them. It worked!
