Wwe, I don't understand what you are saying - to get a digital picture into your computer, you either need the memory card and a memory card reader, or a USB connection from the camera to the computer. If you use the USB connection to download the pictures, then the memory card has to be in the camera and the computer has to have the software associated with your camera loaded to receive the downloaded photos and store them in a folder. _________________ Repa

Ok... you plug the Usb connection from the camera to PC
turn on the camera
the screen of the camera should give you three options - pc, dvd & something else - choose pc
the pc should read the USB and say that it's ready - just like a pen drive
Then on your PC:
Open my computer
choose the drive (USB connection)
you may find that the camera has two folders
open anyone (just double-click) and the pics should start loading (opening)
To save on your Pc:
Open My pics
make a new folder (give it a name)
go back to the Cameras USB drive and drag the pics to the folder that you what to keep _________________

Well that's the problem
It should read it just like a pen drive.
When you connect... what order do you do it?
See if you inserted the small connection into the right sloth of the camera
first connect to camera > usb into PC > turn on Camera > choose Pc on the camera settings > and the Pc should say "Installing new hardware".
If that doesn't happen, you have to insert the CD that the camera came with... the Cd has the drive it needs for the PC to recognize the camera's drive
Oh... very important to have a good charge of battery in the camera... it drains fast when downloading to Pc and you could loose pics if you don't have a good charge _________________

If you don' have the cd for the camera, you should be able to go to the camera name website and download the driver. Most let you do it for free. _________________
