Thank you Sheila! Thank you Repa!
This photo for me, is my one perfect shot... I love everything about it and I could just sit there and stare at it.
I did no editing to it... well actually... I degrade the quality and added a hidden watermark to the photo. But there is no enhancements whatsoever to it.
It was taken in normal mode... I had to be quick as I was sitting in one of those speed boats putting on a life jacket at the same time. I have other photos of this speed boat experience to show you all - its a quick everyday transportation from one land mass to another.
Btw Sheila... I like the new Avatar _________________

Thanks Samantha...I thought it was time to change the avatar....
I was watching a show on TV about anaconda's in your Country...a couple of weeks ago. When I saw that photo it make me think about you of course...The guy who was searching for them was sitting in a small boat made of wood, but he had fish finding equipment which allowed night vision... I think he is brave ....not my type of work...
Yes that photo was perfect...It is a good feeling to get one we do not have to edit. I feel as if I'm actually in the scene and it is so serene...I find myself staring at it too...It is a work of art...

Thanks guys for the lovely comments
I guess that little point and shoot camera does a good job! I am very please with the camera... the colors comes out great and the extra "hand jittering" feature is good thing
And I guess I should take Repa's advice and get a tripod
Sheila... Anacondas and catching one is the thing here - mind you, I have only seen it on tv.
I was once sent some very disturbing pics of Anacondas... wanna see them? (If I find them -lol) Btw... this scene is in Guyana and the speed boats are not small they can fit from about 20 to 30 people. They take them to go to work or school in the city as its faster than a bus.
Again thank you all, all the photos for this months contest are gorgeous. I agree with Rike, this month was especially difficult to choose!!! _________________

Sure Samantha...I would like to see those photos...
After watching that movie about anaconda's I am not sure I would want to go into a small boat...
I would like to see them when you get a chance...
Thanks for the additional information. Those boats don't look that large to fit 20 or 30 people...I guess it could fit a big snake...ouch or should I say _________________
