Repa, Since I have Service Pack 2, I don't think I need the update that I was offered below.?
Do I need this update that was in my task bar:
Microsoft.Net Framework2.0 Service Pack 1(KB110806)????

If you have Microsoft .Net Framework 1.1 in Add/Remove programs, then you should do the update. Otherwise, don't worry about it. There are some newer driver updates that do require .Net Framework for the downloads to work, but you will be notified if you ever have an incident where that is the case. In that case, you will need to get .Net Framework - it will be offered to you as a download at that time.

I do have Microsoft .Net Framework 1.1 in Add/Remove programs, much to my surprize. I also have Microsoft .Net Framework 1.1 HotFix KB 870669, and Microsoft .Net Framework 2.0.
So, I guess I do need it.
